Немного не понятно какую цель пытались закрыть. Логичнее воспользоваться уже готовым решением. В процессе вы все равно используете то, что изготовлено промышленным способом. Если же в воде будут присутствовать соли, то такой фильтр не поможет убрать от них осадок при кипячение
