I doubt it because the ADC is not fast enough. YOu can easily do the calculation. Sound moves at about 330 m/sec. The microphones are around 0.3 m apart. Maximum ADC rate with UNO is about 15 kh, if you bypass the Arduino library and write directly to the mega328 registers.
