Yummmmm.😋...the chicken looks delicious! I never tried deep frying anything in coconut oil..🤔..I will definitely be trying that out soon. All the seasonings, spices and 'curd" Grandmama put on the chicken looked great!🤗 I've always made a wet batter/coating for my chicken....the crust turns out very crispy like that.
