- Getting a A+ master's class from the legend himself Denis Cyplenkov 👊🏻😎 In the end the basics are what really matter. I am so proud that Denis told me my hands, grip and wrists are strong, just need to work on the arms. I wish I had time to train seriously. Always an honor to pull with the legend. Stay strong!

Little bit translation from me:

4:50 When I was getting ready for strongman, I had competitions in both arm wrestling and strongman, i felt it myself, there is an exercise called the "farmer's walk", and where do i need to run, weights were big around 120-130 kg, I narrowed the elbow angles on the horizontal bars, and when i trained strongman i lose my angles again

Нет, не крутой, если сравнить как он и Ларратт дают возможность побороться своим соперникам, то Цыпа боится показать себя слабым, всегда ставит руку изначально в выгодное положение, подкручивает и вообще не даёт перевести свою руку к подушке соперника, Ларратт же первые несколько раз даёт сопернику максимально выгодную позицию и себе невыгодную, чтобы соперник полностью смог выложиться. Ларратт спарингует в разы лучше, красивее и интереснее..

I wish Badr will pull in some competition one day. With some training with a expert he has everything to be a very good Armwrestler. Strong arm and wrist takes you a long way and if the technique comes along I see him being able to be a professional armwrestler

from regular strength building and even more bodybuilding.
No wonder why many big men can't do much against ordinary arm wrestlers.
Because they're not arm wrestlers dumbass.
Normally people just train their biceps, but in AW your hand, wrist, forearms play a more vital role. Kinda like chimps, you don't see them with big biceps but huge forearms and their grip strength is insane and they are probably 10 times stronger than a human pound for pound.

Great as usual! Unfortunately, the armwrestling friend of Denis is not really translating anything. Rather, he is talking about his own perspective. Given, he does spend a lot of time with Denis and surely they do have a lot in common. Bottom line - missing a translator interpreter
