I simply do love these insoles. I torn my ACL about almost 2 years ago and every time I walked it hurt my knee. I was introduced to these insoles and they are amazing, I went for a check up at my doctors and they said that my leg/knee showed some major improvements, I should him the insoles and he said that the insoles saved my ability to walk/run/skate. I am glad I bought these insoles, I hope I can get another pair soon.

Hey was wondering how effective these will be for basketball. I have a high arch and im always landing hard on my feet. Needed something with arch support and good impact protection.
Omar P They will be extremely effective. Basketball while a constant impact sport, does not reach the level of impact as skateboarders jumping down stairs which these insoles are rated for. So it will be like walking on clouds for you.

I have recently bought these insoles, and the shape won't fit in my shoe... Would it be ok if i cut them to the size of my original insole or no?
Yes you can trim the toe and the side opposite the arch

I have the Jaws model and they are amazing but the egg test doesn't work for me .. Even when I drop it from like a half foot.
You are probably using white eggs which usually come with micro cracks and are unstable from processing. You need to use brown eggs.
