Soooo guys, here's a story you can tell your grandkids: Today, 9/23 is the absolute dreariest day in NYC history so I decided to clean up while I thought hard about where I could possibly find the money to buy the house I want, the perfect house, brick, old, squat (but w air rights) and wide with a lot next to it that I can make into a community garden. I want to open it up so it can be light and airy, which is how I landed on this "open floor plan" video. I normally would've been stressed out and maybe even discouraged but for some reason, I kept hearing laughter and it made me laugh. My brother comes over with our nephew to introduce me to his girlfriend and she is the sweetest, prettiest, happiest girlfriend he's ever had. We start talking and laughing and I tell her about the house. He hears us talking and now...I have a cosigner!!!!
I come in my room to get changed so they can give me a ride to the store and that's when I realize the reason I've been super duper happy and laughing all day is because of the lady laughing in the background of this video, which has been on repeat the whole time I was cleaning : ).
Thanks so much because I really believe that it was because I was in such high spirits that everything worked out for me like this!!!
