To do your costing calculete the total of all the ingredient used for the recipe. If you we able to get like 10piece after baking divide the total cost by 10piece and multiple the result by 2 or 3. Before you finalize the cost, check your environment and your competitors for how much they sell theirs, don't over charge and don't under charge your product. Like the total cost is #500 divide by 10piece that will give you #50 per one, so that #50 multiple by 3 so the cost of one will be #150. I hope you understand?
Do sell the small sizes based on the customer preference How much you sell is based on you cost of production just do your costing well before giving price and don't forget to add your profit.
It depends on customers order,the one I used in the video was base on the order I can't actually give you price because of cost difference,so do your perfect costing before you start selling out.
