Naan at home without oven - Step by Step for Beginners

In this video I have shared all secrets of Naan making at home without oven. Naan is very famous bread in Pakistan which is served with many dishes from desi cuisine. These roghni naans can be paired with Nihari, Haleem, Korma or any gravy. I haven't used any equipment like oven or tandoor in making of this recipe so it is very easy to follow at home. Ingredients:
Flour 1kg
Yeast 11gms
Sugar 15gms
Milk 240ml 1cup
Water 240ml 1cup
Oil 120ml 1/2cup
Salt 1/2tsp
Cumin 1tsp
Baking Soda 1/2tsp
Eggs 2
Sesame Seeds for Garnish
Butter for Garnish
