Deion says anything and it’s a media story. A great example of this is 2 players on Georgia getting in trouble recently for drinking incidents. If deions players did that everyone would be calling for his job. No one is calling for Kirby’s.
No they wouldn't be. Every program in the country has arrests, if the same happened at CU it would be no different.
The difference is that Kirby has won two national titles. Deion hasn’t won diddly squat.
I disagree.
Every program in the nation has players driving recklessly and/or getting DUI arrests. 90%+ of those incidents do not even get local coverage.
However, since UGA is high profile (and there was the fatal accident two years ago), they get heavier attention than any other program. If it happened at CU, you and I probably wouldn't even know about it.
@@NelsonAssassinlies 2 swac championship
@@saldiven2009 CU gets more media coverage than Georgia in recent years, we 100% would hear about it and it would be all over everyone timelines.
Uga fan here we have already had three players arrested before the season starts not a word about it swept under the rug had that been cu man ol man!!!
Front page story!
Let it had been one of his son's, it would of broke the internet.😂
The shilo issue did unless people realize there is nothing there, just someone trying to cash out on a kids success.
I'd like to know why your start RB got a DUI charge (the first one to be arrested) and somehow the charges got mysteriously dropped. Sounds like Kirby is building the same thing that Urban did as Florida years ago.
Red Raider here who appreciates what Deion brings to the Big 12 and I wish him success except when he plays Tech.
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Well said.
And TCU.
Awesome take Josh, look at his entire statement, makes a huge difference!
In case you haven't noticed yet (haters). Taking quotes from Colorado coaches, players, staff etc... out of context and posting it on line is great for engagements and clicks.
I think his comment was taken out of context.
Coach Prime is 💯 percent correct! Yall took all the good things he said and just forced a different narrative ! Get the hate out yall heart it’s sad
Thank you for the clarity, Josh! GO BUFFS!
The misdirection in this quote is criminal lol. I moved a little more in favor of Coach Prime after hearing the full quote. Go ☘️
Finally!! Somebody who can listen and be unbiased or at the very least, listen to the whole context. Thank you
THANK YOU THANK YOU, THATS JOUNALISM ! AND Than responsible reporting !
Taking things out of context, the internets favorite past time.
Well Kirby smart is winning on the field and losing off the field….those players are always getting in trouble.
Thank you for getting it 😊😊
Great job Pate!
Meemaw always said: "Complacency is the greatest enemy of success!"
Well said !!
Well done.
Very good take.
Straight up Josh respect right here for keeping real about Colorado 💯Hope to tune in more takes
You are so right!
Army, Air Force, Navy are a success. It's just amazing how their athletes compete on a D1 level against all these schools that have 4 and 5 star talent.
he IS ONE prideful man, how do people not see this, and he always has been. and MOST coaches are judged by the same things as him, he just has the mentality that he's better, that's why he's "judged" differently or under different microscope
As a black man we are judged differently period. We have to do things differently from other people. We already are treated differently. We have to go above and beyond to be treated to a equal level. U haven't lived in our shoes yet here u go judging us. Look at MJ and his mindset yet do u say the same thing about him. Don't worry about how another person is worry about yourself because at end of the day. The most high is judging you so continue doing the things he hates in Proverbs 6:16. Slander and discord at some point u got to look in the mirror. Because we all have faults n someone will call u out om them
Nice catch Josh! The entire statement makes perfect sense.
Well said
Great perceptive!
Its better to let people think you're stupid than opening your mouth and proving them right.
Good job man
Good take
Alright Josh! Way to go!...I think it's called journalism.
Just a thought here…. Doesn’t this apply to every college football program? That It should be viewed holistically
it should be but it really isn't
Thanks for doing the work of researching the comment to get full context. It’s a shame, but that seems to be a lost art in journalism now days. Especially when it comes to certain teams and/or players.
I don't care about what happens OUTSIDE of the SEC! 😉
Yes, you were watching it
lol what did he say
What coach isn't judged by that standard?
Urban Meyer at the University of Florida?
Coach Prime misquoted? Shocker!
all I know is his son said “we’re everyone’ super bowl” LOL
Kj Jefferson literally had pic of shedeur in his locker like come on man
Being that is all that you know, it makes you an idiot 😂😂😂😂. Ever wonder why businesses try to get commercials during the Super Bowl? Because of the damn views 😂😂😂😂. CU has one of the top 5 followings in college football, not even close comparing it to the teams on their schedule. It’s an analogy, idiot. When they show up, it’ll be the most viewed game for each team on the schedule. Don’t respond. You already said the only thing you know 😂
He's right too. Teams that play Colorado understand that, all eyes will be on them when they play CU. As a player that desires to go pro, they're gonna play there best to try to showcase there talent to NFL Scouts.
@@YaItsJPfacts
Colorado had 6 games exceed 4 million views... The only big 12 teams to show up on a list of 50 games with high viewing rates were, Texas vs opponent or Oklahoma vs opponent, and neither are in the big-12 anymore. That being said... The players/coaches on the opposite team for sure know that if they ball out on nationally televised games (that WILL get a ton of views) they increase their own brand and product for the next level/season. If they don't and get whomped on, toxic people will write them off and say things like "they are garbage! Quit now!" and stop tuning in. So yeah they aren't exactly winning the natty or "Super Bowl" but they are important games especially knowing that the majority of the big-12 won't even touch the championship brackets. So take the nationally televised film tape as the win it is supposed to be. This is what I personally believe through watching the whole context of what he said as well as other examples Shadeur has spoken on to support it.
He does know he’s not at Stanford or Notre dame right?
What does that even mean?
@@johnvallery5539he doesn’t know lol he just up here commenting
Honestly we should all do our part and stop complaining about Deion. Simply typing “im sick of Deion” tells executives that the algorithm is favorable when Deion is mentioned. If you like him, like him, but if you dont then keep quiet and the problem will go away
What about what he just said is problematic? What about having the highest cumulative gpa in Colorado football history is problematic? What about having multiple players projected to go top 5 is problematic? What about being (who most would consider) the best corner in the history of football is problematic? What are you so mad about, and why are you suggesting Coach Prime should go away? Honestly you should just stop clicking on videos about him, and keep your radically pessimistic opines to yourself 😒
This is funny bcs i wasnt talking to you
@@ThisIsTheSmoke hes BLACKKKKKKKK🤯 and they cant stand that he isn't humble and grateful just to have a seat at the table

It would be news if he could keep his mouth shut and win.
Disagree Josh. The guy "Prime" is a snake.
You can tell the fake bots vs actual real people comments 🤣🤣🤣
@@dustinoutlaw1029 just like we can tell the dumb people who leave comments like this
Coach Deion Sanders is judged differently because he is what the mainstream CFB coaching carousel don't want in their space, that's any football player who knows the game better than them. He is a threat to their lovely existence. Thats why people don't call him Coach, that's why people like Dan Patrick said... " I Wanna See If Deion Can Coach". He did not call him coach prime, or coach sanders. Why is he a celebrity coach, isn't any person in that position considered the coach of that team? What I have learned when it comes to Deion Sanders, if they call him Deion and not Coach Sanders means they have no respect for him and never did. The man doesn't play anymore, if he did then I would understand calling him Deion. So if he ran for a political office, your not going to call him Senator Sanders? The problem I have is platforms like ESPN and Paul Finebaum, don't give unbiased takes on a college team. Don't they supposed to support the sport because its their job? What I am seeing is narratives that paint a picture of people being scared. Then people would say, well its their opinion, they have a right to their opinion. Well I would rather say, all college football teams deserve to have positive representation from these networks that talk football. Given what has happened in the last year and a half, these networks should have a rep for every college football team so they all have proper takes. Watch the Pivot show with Warren Sap and Channing asked Sap, "Man why aren't you coaching?"...... Sap replied, they don't want us there!
It seems like Deion hasn't fully grasped in a pragmatic way that everyone who slaps him on the back isn't his ally and everyone who criticizes him isn't his enemy. It is much, much different at the level of professionalism he's immersed in on a daily basis. Sometimes people who have been highly successful can't handle criticism of any kind...it's not an affront in most cases.
Lol. This isn't about Deion not being able to handle criticism. As far as that goes, he's probably somewhere along the lines of most coaches when criticized. Catch them after a tough loss and you get all the raw emotion. Which is great of clicks, I'm sure.
And listen, it looks kind of funny for you to patronize someone who is a business professional for most of his adult life. I'm sure he knows what he's doing when moving in the circles he moves in. That's a speech you give to a high school kid.
Black men are held to a different standard.....black men have started to hold themselves to that standard. Thank you dad for equipping me with the tools to succeed.
Ask him about booting 50 players off last years team....over 40 of them white
Do you mean the 1-11 team that any coach in America would have wiped out? Yet the white guys that stayed, because they did what was necessary are flourishing. The comfort of ignorance that you bask in is sad!
Quote was NOT taken out of context. "I'm judged on a different scale" is saying the exact same thing differently. Does he actually think other programs don't have to balance the same issues?? Stop carrying water for that clown.
Do you approach everything in life with such misery? Is it the level of success that he has reached that you hate or just him in general?
@kevinmorris481 when did 1 conference win start being success?
@leighsutton8840 what did he say about conference wins? You make a stupid ass comment about someone you aren't even a fan of. Deion's failure shit on any success that you have ever had. How do I know, because you are petty enough and give energy to talking about someone that don't like, but you also don't know. Go discuss who you like. The need to negative is unhealthy!
Who's gus mal-zan? And why can't Josh discern the self-pity in sub prime's comments that he's held to a different standard because he's... what? Famous? A bully? An ahole?
That’s BS what he’s speaking. You get rid of damn near a whole team, some of those players didn’t get picked up. Just maybe they go into depression becomes suicidal or even result to crime. Save the rah rah speeches. Coaches coach and try’s to get the best out of their players first then reevaluate. He only cares about the ones who he thinks has potential.
Don’t all coaches feel that way I mean come on Dion always has to point his self as better than everyone else. I’m sure he is not the only one that feels.
He a HOF , and played 2 professional sports simultaneously he is held to a higher standard and he is better than most.. what he accomplished before coaching and winning all stops before Colorado he expects to win his way and that upsets people ..
Coach Sanders follows the Lord He doesn't think he's better than anyone. That's how you see him!
Josh just broke it down. And you still found a way to be offended. Sometimes it’s just safe to say you can’t please anybody. Do you think he just started talking out of thin air or was asked a question? Lmaoo
Do you even hear yourself?
Deion is a scam😂
5-7 coming full speed ahead
More phony double talk.
Well he don't get judged much because he don't win much 😂😂😂
Clearly you don't know football. Thank you for continuing to prove Josh's point on the Deion tax. Deion more than triples Colorado's win total from a year ago and was within a touchdown in multiple games. He gave Colorado it's 1st top 5 win in more than 15 years. I'd say his 1st was a success by previous Colorado standards.

Yep
Josh needs to stop giving Deion airtime. not only is his name spelled incorrectly, he's a narcissist.
Deionized is like the trump.of football lots of hype no substance
Deion is living in a dream state. Many coaches have higher expectations.
Yes, other coaches have higher expectations, but the Deion haters have been hating him for upwards of 30+ years. Not quite the same.
he still say that he's treated differently, and in way, unfairly than other programs.
Deion Sanders is the definition of success..even when people hate on his team or hate whatever he's doing he still is gonna get all the attention...
Maybe look up the definition of success , Deion is not it dummy
Talking about gpa is important as if he’s at Notre dame or an Ivy League school lmao
It sounded like Sanders is saying that he is the ONLY coach in the NCAA that wants his players to make good grades and to graduate... so please just excuse him for losing games! Sanders thinks he's the ONLY coach to care for the entire individual, not just his athletic skills. I think Sanders eats so much baloney that that's the only thing coming out of his mouth.
You eat mayo sandwiches with no baloney 😂
How on earth did you hear him insinuate he is the “ONLY” coach when he never mentioned anyone else but him and how he personally views success? Some of yall just hate Deion and will find any reason to turn anything he says into fuel for your rhetoric.
When he said that his program wasn't like other programs.
@@whitebeardInn it’s not like other programs. What good coach wants their program to mirror other programs? Deion Sanders has high expectations of himself and his program. How TF is that somehow bad? Any other coach says this exact same thing and yall wouldn’t say a word
@@Orion_803 Other programs have high standards and give athletes the guidance/tools they need to succeed in life off the field. The difference is those coaches talk about their team, not themselves.
The absolute MOST OVERATED coach in college football! He has done nothing for college football! I really like Deon as a player! I look for him to leave and go to another team in a season or two.
Carrying water for an arrogant grifter whom has already been given credit for wins he'll never get. Sad, bro.
But I'm sure that recruiting strategy will pay huge dividends. LMAO!
So coaching at Colorado is different than at other schools? Explain how Josh! That’s such bullshit. He is judged just like any other coach. He is just a shitty coach with a big mouth and large following.
How many players at UGA have gotten in trouble since the end of last season? How much have you heard or talked about it? You just don't want to see reality! The media posted Cormani Mclain getting a parking ticket last year...a parking ticket! Bury your head if you want, but ignorance is a choice!
@@kevinmorris481 Kevin, what the hell are you talking about. It’s clear you didn’t watch the video. It was about Coach Sanders
saying that a win at Colorado means more than other schools’ win because at Colorado they have higher standards for their athletes. That is bullshit. The are many athletes that show up to class and get their degrees. I know cause they were in my classes. Colorado is not special. Coach Sanders is a douche.
Bold prediction: North Dakota State beats CU!
I’m so tired of, and over, Deion and his kids

Sounds like Deion is playing victim. While he is the one who hyped himself up.
Yea he is black the majority doesn’t want him in college football, and he is clearly cool with it 😂
Black has zero to do with it. Insert N word here
Deion is a bum
As a black man he is judged on every aspect of his performance as a coach and as a person. The judgement of a white man and his achievements and failures pales in comparison. Why else is Coach Prime the topic of so many?! And Yes it is a color thing, always has been and always will be.
He just playing victim and race card, dayyumm
No - EVERY SINGLE COACH IN THE COUNTRY IS “JUDGED” ON THOSE THINGS - quit trying to play the “victim,” Sanders - you love attention so much - learn to deal with taking your medicine - just lost a LOT of respect for this guy……………
