I’m a A&M fan. Not really a Deion fan but CU does have weapons. If they O Line issue is fixed then I can see them winning 7-8 games.
No, they'll win more than that. They almost won eight games last year. That five games that were close by less than seven points. Mismanagement and the fact that they didn't have an o line or a d-line. Well now guess what it fixed all those problems. So now they have probably the best defense in college football (top five). They have a top 10 o-line (probably ranked seventh). It's my opinion on the o line ranking.
With the improvement of the old line and the d-line, what do you think they going to do this year? They said that number two only had 2.5 seconds before he had to leave the pocket This past year? This year they anticipating that he will have more than double the time and he will get sacked less than a quarter of what he did last year. He only had two interceptions so he takes care of the ball. They said it was three but one was a takeaway while The receiver was on the ground. Yeah, the best receiver room in college football. They have the best quarterback in college football. They have a great running back. Plus they have three good running backs. If they have upgraded their linebackers and they have one five star ⭐ and three four stars starters from the SEC

They'll win more than that. Why, because of the defense and the defensive line updates and improvement. The Big 12 no matter how much they throw a run twice as much and this defense is set up for the run or attack on the quarterback. It's the top 10 defense. Number one defensive line in college football and the linebackers are ranked top 10. They have great DBS ranked in the top 20. You can't tell me that these teams in the big 12 are going to run all over us like they did last year. They ran all over us and we still won four games. We shouldn't never won one game. Mind you. This team is set up for greatness right now. It's just that everybody keeps on thinking my last year. They don't realize that that team is gone. The only thing that's left from that team are greatness. And they brought in a ton of greatness so that this team is infested with greatness. You don't understand what I'm saying then you don't know the team. You haven't watched it. Last year I claimed that they were going to win five games and they only won four. This year. I'm saying they're going to win 10 games and them 10 games are going to be easy. Sounds like you are prepping yourself for a position to lessen the effect of having to eat crow pie when Coach Prime and the Buffs do their thing this season. All Buff haters will be scrambling to hide the egg on their faces. More coaches (like some who already have), will fear the effect of being second banana to Coach Prime in recruiting and athletic directors may feel the heat of hiring a coach who can try to match Coach Prime's star power and flamboyance in addition to football coaching skills and experience. Coach Prime has set the bar extremely high for what the new age coach needs to be in this era of TV ratings, national fan base, social media following, stadium draws, merchandise sales and overall revenue for a school's local economy. No boring coach in college football can compete with or match the "prime Effect" let alone the weapons coming on the field.

A "boring" coach by the name of Nick Saban is the GOAT in the college football coaching ranks. Coaching competence, philosophy and developing players are key to winning games after you have attracted quality players. Deions "star power" can only take him so far.
The issue with all these “analysis” videos is they don’t take into account the scoring margin of -7. With 70% production returning, new high caliber pieces, and added staff, you don’t think CU has a chance to win the B12, then turn in your credentials. Betting against a team because you don’t agree with their process is biased. CU’s roster didn’t become worse after the portal, they got better. Also the B12 field is not as tough as what CU had to go through last year.
I think you are being too simplistic about this. At the end of the day even some great teams fall to teams with inferior rosters. Also line play with lineman playing not only well but well with each other is critical.

Sure, there a bunch of unknowns, but you can’t ignore the improvement with size and experience. You saw what a healthy transfer portal line did against TCU, now imagine if this year’s line is that but consistent and slightly more depth.
Vegas has there chances of winning the Big 12 at +4000, which is 11th best. Not a lot confidence there.
Their conference isn't exactly easier this year either, they just don't have to get blown out by Oregon again
@@byrdbl you can't just throw some lineman together and expect to have a good, working line. It takes time and good coaching and if you don't have good line play you're in trouble. That's a reason why the portal is not the answer for everything.
How do you say "will he might want to go to the pros after this " when he has said so many times and explained why he won't be a NFL coach. Dose On3 do any research or just speak what's pushed on them. If so you might want find a new company to work for.
Eddie George coaching HBCU right now I hadn't seen him do what Deion did everybody dismiss what he did at Jackson State like that wasn't a real coaching job he turned them into a powerhouse in 2 years and the program is already falling back off after he left you could argue he may be the best recruiter in the nation he got Travis Hunter to come to HBCU Jackson State nobody else in college football can pull that off..
Exactly they were only good because there was a massive talent gap and they still couldn't win it all. That gap isn't so big and in game coaching matters now, which he struggles with. No one doubts his recruiting, you just need more than recruiting to be successful at this level

We going to beat Utah by about 21 points. Why, because Utah ran all over us and threw a little bit but did a lot of running on Us. With the defense we got now, they'll never be able to do that. Our DBS are much better than theirs and Our reciever Rm is the very best.Our offensive line is probably top 15 in college football now. It's a totally different team from last year. Nothing is going to be mediocre. Our running backs are maybe top 30. And defensively our linebackers are much better with one dynamic linebacker and two very good linebackers. A defensive line we consider them number one in college football
