i think having guests every few episodes or every other would be awesome! i love just the two of you though so i wouldn't really want to see guests on every single episode. i think it would also be super awesome to have all types of guests including like a psychiatrist or something. personally it would be super awesome to hear more from a specialist with neurodivergency like the adhd/autism spectrums. i recommend heavily researching into who it is you invite on and do your own research within the fields they are covering to make sure their practices align with your own health ethics and what yall are willing to bring to your platform.
