The hotel close the club lounge without inform me, then the staff insist there is a notification in the booking but he could not find the notification. I was looking forward to vlog the stay experience but they messed it :(
I stayed at Pullman for 3 nights this month July and encountered the same issue with strong cigarette smell, the entire room reeked of tobacco stench as if someone is actually puffing away at the scene. I believe it came from the air vent in the bathroom. Anyway, reported to front desk and assigned to a new room (clean smelling this time). No more Pullman for me from now on!
3 nights is very long for the hotel la, a bit aged :p I really hate those idiots smokers mess up the room, very inconsiderate! I don't mind to go back as the staffs there are very nice and do their really best, and I love their breakfast (^_^)
@@Follow_ussg for me everything! Cause that's what they charged us for rite. I mean I don do the tit for tat but it should be reasonable for the price. I dislike dishonest hoteliers.

It was not big or full of food but I feel comfortable there and many guests there are very friendly to everyone.

@@mnm5037 go try Le Meridien, their breakfast is much more delicious
Pullman is 1 of the best varieties of bfast so far in Bukit Bintang ive not tried The Ruma yet
I think the ParkRoyal can be better as it recently rebranded.

I think Hair dryer, bed, pillow and soundproof are the most important things for a hotel room.

I think the hotel should not open for booking if they are not ready, it's really unfair and not safe.
