    Please put more content out. You guys are easy to listen to with great conversations. This show is easily better than rxmuscle. Bring Lee on board and do updates like Nick Strength and you’ll blow up.

    And to Rich I'm glad you went and got those tests done. And kept going through with it. Perfect example of how we can feel great. And still have issues internally

    Even if steroids did cause health issues I never understood people that jump with joy.
    The information from this channel is priceless. Happy holidays best wishes to you both John and Rich.

    Good stuff guys, glad to see you back. John had a suggestion (probably on Dave's show) about guys possibly listing docs in different areas of the country who get the active person point of view and not use the one size fits all approach to medicine. More importantly, docs who they have confidence and good experience in using. Having and still going through issues over the past 18 months or so, I've lost confidence in docs, ( I do have good Ortho docs), so it's a crapshoot. So great idea if we can get it going. Having said this, as a NJ guy in his 50s,probably about 20 minutes from Rich, would he care to share cardiologist/practice he used in the area? Otherwise, best to both of you guys, Merry X-mas and hopefully a better 2022!

    Getting my catheterization next Monday. Great information guys. Leaky aortic valve since birth, no issues breathing until 8 weeks after 2nd vaccine dose. Coincidence? 🙄 who knows?

    Great show again. Vitamin K helps in coagulation of the blood. Wouldn't that be counter productive if Rich is taking blood thinners?

    John go ahead and stick with that specific tests that is already ordered. That is more specific and detailed. They can essentially look at your heart and all of its Chambers in a computer almost 3D like.they will be able to give you your calcium score plaque score from there if you want it. Well surely tell you everything about what's going on really.

    You are over 50 and still using steroids daily because you can’t give up the image you had in your 20’s that’s very sad.

    John, I love you man but you made the most idiotic statement at 19:37 - 20:10 … guys today are using 10x more! The difference was guys in the 90s had REAL pharmaceutical gear hence they didn’t need “much” but dude you can’t make stupid PALUMBO level statements like that lol come on now.

      from where do you get your info?

    • @karangill__
      @karangill__ 3 роки тому

      @@johnromano2913 John, just look at the athletes today on stage. Look at their muscle shape / bellies… study them head to toe. They are literally pinned head to toe. They are so inflamed you can’t even see their striations / cuts anymore. People talk about how guys don’t suffer to get in shape anymore but reality is, the copious amounts of gear they dump themselves with is the culprit to blurry lines. They definitely have a chemical look to them more so than the 90s athletes.
      Yes, even the top dawgs like Ronnie, Flex, Kevin etc were all site injected up but they still had that aesthetic pleasing look even tho they had gear / site injections to volumize the area all over. Guys today try to make up training hard in the gym by manufacturing muscle that doesn’t exist. Guys in the 90s at least didn’t make it obvious they were loaded up. Look at these guys delts / lats / quads / arms … they are pinned everywhere.
      You know this is the case, I don’t understand why you don’t address it on Rx. You tell it how it is man…

      I’m in the trenches bro and I just don’t see it. All your criticism of how some physiques look is correct to some degree, however theres an awful lot of great bodybuilders out there today and the amount of actual gear these guys take today is less than it was in the 90s. Of course there’s standouts, but, as a whole, it’s less. And, as a whole, the physiques are pretty impressive. That’s my informes take on it. If you think that’s “idiotic” then that’s your opinion. It’s not based on fact.

      @@dragonslayermedia8703 we can agree to disagree on this subject, you may be in the trenches but I’m not just pulling this opinion out of nowhere either, it’s coming from first hand knowledge directly from someone who’s been on the Olympia stage. One of the best to ever do it & is regarded as an uncrowned Arnold & Olympia competitor. (Should be very obvious who I’m referring to) Someone who isn’t afraid to tell it how it is. Who’s VERY in tune with what happens behind the curtains that no one wants to address. You guys should have him on to give his opinion to shed some light on this subject. He’ll give you the ‘REAL DEAL’. 😉
