I am now watching this episode for the third time. Something so pure and nostalgic about it. Fall ball. Northeast. Good friends. A quick spin for 9 at twilight. You can literally transport yourself into this experience and feel the crisp air and smell the fall foliage. Good stuff.
Saber metric of the day here folks. Neil has referred to apples as nature’s toothbrush in both the Iowa and New York series of Strapped. Stay tuned for updates in the coming season.
Great to see Strapped back in action. The rapport at comedic timing between Big Randy and Neil is just delightful. Love how these guys feed off each other and continue to make great content! I watch all of your videos as soon as I get the notification, keep em coming boys!
This might sound absolutely crazy Neil but my Mom is 5 years Breast Cancer free. My Aunt passed away 3 years ago to lung cancer as well. Its crazy that someone shares a similar experience, huge props on your efforts. Keep it up im a huge fan!
It's a great time to be a fan of golf. Great talent on the professional tours and superb content here by talented amatures that highlight all that we love about golf, which is friendship, shared experiences, and challenges.
Big randy a huge public transpo guy, love it. Can't believe you dudes were up at Lyman! 25 mins north of me. Place looks a lot better on camera than it does in person.
Now hear me out on this right now. Start with the scene of Randy speaking at 11:13. Except his name's not Randy. No, it's Gary Player. But not that Gary Player. He's Gary Player the sleezy salesman going door to door to sell shares in the new golf course being built in town. He knocked on the right lumber at Tron and Soly's door. Except it's not Tron and Soly. They are a married couple and Tron is the lovely housewife. Soly, of course, is the workaholic depressed accountant husband at the town insurance firm. Since starting his pitch, Randy's game has been on point with Tron the housewife and she is itching to buy shares but is trying to remain reserved to not tip her hand. They are small town folk. They don't get quick talking city folk like Randy offering investment opportunities very often. But then Randy drops it. The "Your boy" and the eye wink. Tron was smitten. I mean, the guy was going to have a golf course named after him. In a town like this? It would mean a lot to be friends with a guy like that. Soly, meanwhile, hears the line and giggle. He doesn't like one bit of it and looks down into the abyss, contemplating his situation in life. All in 7 seconds.
Thanks for coming up to CT! To be fair, if you played a real round at one of the 18s, you'd play through an Orchard. Gotta pay a little extra for that experience :)
Great to see you in the area! D'you happen to stop by TPC River Highlands to talk about playing in the Travelers Championship Pro Am in June?? Looking forward to the rest of the season!
I like all of ya, but man if you could hire Neil away from Google full-time it would be in your best interest. Kid is a trip. Also, Strapped 3, Virginia Beach, Va should happen. Could save some serious money on food and transportation. Just ask. Great work. Strapped is easily your best content. Love it!
As a listener of the morning show Dave and Chuck the Freak (from Detroit/Boston/Fort Meyers), those guys yelling penis were just saying hello as that is a greeting on the show.
@@chrissolomon8899 Nice - born in Morgantown? I graduated back in the day and stuck around for a couple more years after that in the Clarksburg/Bridgeport area
So, for this episode, what flavor of car are you guys rolling in? Looked like it had configurable interior accent lights. Pretty fancy for a budget. I'm not throwing shade. I'm just sayin. Regardless, keep up the great work. Really fun to watch.
Neil is the Swiss Army Knife of content. Guy does it all.
neil is literally the most charismatic guy on the planet. could be friends with anyone
DJ you need more props for the work you do. The editing is great.

Neil playing air drums to Tom Sawyer spoke to me.
EXACTLY!
Seriously, this is the 3rd time I've watched this series and I'm always wondering: Why aren't ALL of my memes in all situations Strapped-based?
Big Randy negotiating the definition of a round gives me MEGA chills about what he writes off as an accountant
That drum solo on freaking point! 10:27
I literally cannot consume this content fast enough. You guys are killing it.
Randy & Neil are national treasures
Noblesville 98 concert, great reference! Deer Creek music center is where it was at!

Jesus Christ somebody put a NSFW on Neil's driver swing off # 2. Nearly lifted my desk off the moorings. Transcendental indeed.
goat comment
apparently being a generational driver of the golf ball runs in the family #TrustFundSchusters
The drum solo. WOW!!!!!
Big Randy with the Noblesville (Deer Creek) '98 shout out.
Phantastic Phish Outro!

This is better than Tourist Sauce. These guys are the stars of No Laying Up.
This was awesome. Big Randy with the Deer Creek 98 shout out is fantastic. Whether in jest or not, NLU and Phish in the same vid is A+ content
Strapped is the best thing on UA-cam
Sick drum solo 🔥

This is the best thing going on UA-cam. Pretty sure Neil is my spirit animal. That Tom Sawyer air solo was pretty damn googly.
Love the PHiSH shout! haha
Big randy a huge public transpo guy, love it. Can't believe you dudes were up at Lyman! 25 mins north of me. Place looks a lot better on camera than it does in person.

Big Randy is awesome, but Neil’s Tom Sawyer drum set was straight fire
Love the commentary in between
Nailed it again guys!
Morale is so high in this episode, I feel energized
Is that Soly drinking out of Mounties "Mug?" If so, it brings a whole new meaning to Icaritos "Let's GOOOOO."
Now hear me out on this right now.

Air drumming ftw! Get it Neil!!!! Lol
Neil might have taken Big Randall’s spot as NLU’s brightest star after that performance!
Good shit guys.
Nice work, DJ
You guys HAVE to go to Shennecossett if you’re ever nearby again
YAAAS! This is awesome!
Top notch tent boys
Thanks for coming up to CT! To be fair, if you played a real round at one of the 18s, you'd play through an Orchard. Gotta pay a little extra for that experience :)

Neil is an American hero
Hell's yea
not gonna lie, Neil missed multiple cymbal/tom/high-hat combos.
Listen Mt. Scupper...you're right, but Neil Peart is the GOAT, so what do you expect?!?
An unreal reply from Icarito
Honey crisp, Neil. Honey f@*king crisp!

Did I just see you guys at Starbucks in Bloomington INDIANA
Real talk. You can’t invoke mega bonus for 9 holes. I’m glad he didn’t get close. Especially since it’s Neil, we all know how Icarus goes over 18.
Neil Peart better lookout...there is a new Neil on drums...
Love the Brouwerij 'T IJ sweater, SOLY! You've been there?
Many times. Used to live there!
Come to ireland and give it a try 😂

In news that is surprising to exactly no one -- zero dislikes.
Shout out to Lyman Orchards & the Canadian Beatles

Why aren't you guys on the silver screen!!!
As a listener of the morning show Dave and Chuck the Freak (from Detroit/Boston/Fort Meyers), those guys yelling penis were just saying hello as that is a greeting on the show.
Neil must be running the show over at Google.
Did Soly go to WVU? If so, when was he there?
Didn't go there, just born there and a huge fan.
@@chrissolomon8899 Nice - born in Morgantown? I graduated back in the day and stuck around for a couple more years after that in the Clarksburg/Bridgeport area
