I was wearing the Perfect Polo today! It’s a lovely sweater and I made a matching little scarf with the rib stitch because it’s colder here in New Zealand now. Also by the same designer
Great round up love it, I suspect I aspire to being a coastal grandmother, it is not ageist at all to positively promote, it’s a style of clothing called coastal grandmother so do ignore anyone who comments re ageist etc, it is not derogatory..it’s a well recognised style of dressing and you did a great round up. I loved the suggested Brianna Mason pattern. I am currently making another of her patterns called the Abeline pullover which is colour work and more granola girl for my eldest child who is not a girl but an adult, I do think “girl” is ageist btw so use it with hesitation. My experience with this colour work pattern has been excellent so hope to make the coastal grandmother sweater even if it’s chunky which I tend to avoid though as you say great for walking on the beach in the wind, thank you for your vlog

Hi! So cool that you have a knitting machine! I’m not familiar with knitting machines so I’m not sure what patterns would work for one. I recommend searching for patterns with stripes, that are simply finished, or collared to get a look like this. Neutral colors with navy blue or red will also help you get the look of coastal grandma. Hope that helps!
