  • Today we will be cherry picking in 2024 with a low acceptance rate, i cannot dash now, i don't have silver gold or platinum tier program to get access "top priority for high pay orders". so i multi-app and cherry pick orders still with Uber eats and go against tony Xu.
Here are the rewards i miss out on:
    Priority Access to high-paying orders
    Priority access to Dash Now
    Advanced Scheduling
    Access to Large Orders
And this video is how i try to make money without those

One of the reasons you have so many subscribers compared to other dashing UA-camrs is you don’t whine and bitch about the $3 orders, you just decline and move on while staying positive and working smart.

A big part of that is becuase of his market. Not to say other people are justified in whining but not every market you have the luxury to cherry pick like this. If you can't, it probably isn't worthwhile to work food delivery in your market as a whole

    • @Adays700

@@za4117 in most markets you can if you have UE, DD, instacart, and Walmart spark. Others like Grubhub and catering apps and shipt can help too but I’d say those 4 are the necessities. My city is just the 11th biggest in my state. And I still do great because I have 6 apps and understand great multi apping and stacking strategy.

Yes, and no gig app can force ANYONE to accept ANY offer. It's because UE and DD don't pay our car payment, our insurance, our gas, our maintenance, our cell bill, etc. We are in business for ourselves. We have to look out for numero uno...no one else will.

Meanwhile, this week in Tucson has been the worst! Not sure what is going on with UE, but it is even worse then usual. It seems like something is amiss when I don't even get the crappy offers. Tuesday I was on for 5 hrs, and did 1 run (the only 1/2 way decent ), I made $7.47! Weds I was on for 8 hrs, only 6 runs (one was even $ to mile), and made only $44.18. Still a LOT of dead time, maybe 2 offers an hr.,
Unfortunately ran into problems getting started with DD ( stupid AI doesn't realize that people change phone #'s) saying my email doesn't match my phone #.

Acceptance rate means nothing. Many times Uber will send me the same order 4 times, and I decline it all 4 times, if acceptance rate was a thing they would not be constatnly sending the same order after you already declined it. My acceptance rate is 4% on Uber and 7% on Doordash, and I still made almost 400 in one day recently.

This is typical AZ...as soon as the snowbirds start bailing out and the students graduate, it dies out. We get a little tourist business in the summer (overseas visitors and staycation people and bachelor/bachlorette parties, and some conventions). Beware the heavy water/ice orders this time of the year, they're usually pretty lowball unless they're going to a business with easy access like a dock area. When early August rolls around and classes start back up (July in a few districts), it starts picking up again. Stick with multiapping for sure, definitely the way to go.

You really be declining some solid orders. You worry too much about miles. The good thing bout UE is they tell you how long it will take to complete the order. Whenever I get a UE order I rarely pay attention to dollar per mile I focus more on dollar to time. If I gotten that $20 for 19 miles order you decline I would’ve taken it cause it will only take 43 mins to complete. I aim to make a minimum of $20 a hour. Making $20 in only 43 mins is a win in my book

This is not how you do it. $2 a mile what you should average. The only time you should take rides under $2 is to avoid "dead miles" in driving back home or to get a hot zone. Even then I don't take orders under $1.3 or $1.4 a mile except if I'm desperate. $20 in 40 minutes means nothing if you had to drive 25-30 miles to cover that in car wear and tear and gas.
Under $2 a mile and it isn't sustainable.
