goddesss on bass!!!
Does anyone know the brand of this bass?
honestky i dont think there was a fret on that bass Misa didnt play on. im always i awe when i watch them play. and what amazes me about Misa is im sure i read that Kanami said Misa is the only member who doesnt play to a click track (could be wrong)
Yes, I read that too....Misa, are you wearing a maid costume too? No! And don't bug me about it anymore. Misa, are you going to sing too? No! We have others in the band for that. Misa, do you want to use a click-track? No! I don't need that kind of nonsense. ...so she is ))👍
Also according to Kanami, Misa has perfect pitch so she's something of musical phenomenon!
Perfect pitch rhymes with perfect b..... oh no, I'm sure shes a sweetheart. LOL
@@deanwolfechannel LOL, but actually yes, she's been praised by the other band members as being the kindest and most considerate of them all!
@@MoonmanRedux As Miku said in one interview - "The most cute and slappable butt of all of us".
Wow, your 'reactions' were dynamic!! I'm going to make a 'react' video now, of just nodding my head !!
Great, send me a link
MISA MISA MISA!
Someone once asked "What happens when you drop your pick?" to which she replied "I don't drop my pick."
😄💕
Misa is using Black Cloud Custom 5 String Bass aka "Black Smoker"
And there is no doubt about the technical credentials of MISA. She is a graduate of the Tokyo Music School, one of the most prestigious music schools in the world. If you have heard of the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, then you will understand how impressive that credential is."(RaijinRock)
Misa is in my opinion the best bass player alive in the Rock/Metal world.
Misa Misa !
MISA is definitely awesome.
definitely
Soooooooo Dean, where does this register on your "Prog-otometer"? To me it more is than isn't but my knowledge of this is pretty rough.
Their prog inclinations are organic and not obvious. If they near proginess, it seems to be by accident. They are just writing challenging music.
@@deanwolfechannel "Organic and not obvious" is a great way to put it. Like you said, you really have to listen several times to capture the different subtleties and elements. Some of the "Progress" disc songs on Unseen World really move deep into some of that "challenging" territory (Black Hole, Giovanni, H-G-K, Honkai, etc.).
@@deanwolfechannel I grok that. Thanks for helping me make sense of it.
Iv been look for the original video can someone please tell me we’re it is
This one is from the limited edition Unseen World CD as an extra blu-ray disk.
So it get's deleted from youtube when people post the video. It was never officially posted by the band.
Luckily this video has been up for a long time.....
@@deanwolfechannel
Yes, luckily they don't seem to remove reaction videos, which is the right call in my opinion. Reactors help make bands more visible and help spread their music.
I wouldn't have known about the majority of Japanese bands I know about now if it wasn't for channels like yours and it wouldn't have helped me finding appreciation for genres I typically ignored for a long time.
Glad you have found bands here on my channel
Killer bassist. She reminds me of Colin Moulding of XTC as far as being melodic, innovative and powerful at the same time.
They need to release an official instrumental. I love Saiki but I feel this is the 1 song that shines a little bit more without lyrics.
Misa is my fav
There is no God, there is a Goddess !!!! Misa Misa Misa
The entire Unseen World album is Misa's show case.
Must get it then
Just as Band Maid get more experimental, it's back to a more bass-ic point of view.
they are awesome bassically
Stupid question but where did you get the isolated video of Misa playing bass for this song
Downloaded off youtube. Possibly it has been taken off since.
There's a goddess on bass. Who am I kidding, they are all goddesses.
素晴らしい💯🥰😍🤩
Fun fact, I often watch this video
ミサ、最高👍
指遣いがセクシーです。
After that, live performances of "Manners + Black Hole" and "No God" have been released.
Compared to the studio version, the sound is overwhelmingly clear and the performance is wonderful, so please react.
If you pay the premium price for the album it comes with a Bluray that has 4-5 Instrumental videos with a version spotlighting each member, then a combined one. So each song has 5 different video versions. If you upload them to UA-cam, they get copyright striked FAST!
Still up so not worried
@@deanwolfechannel they seem to be more lenient with reaction videos.
MISA, F Chopper Koga, Tomomi Ogawa... female power!. If you are a bass player your place is Japan.
Review F Chopper Koga from Gacharic Spin. That would be an amazing one, sir.
It’s a bit too much repetition for me, but there’s talent there for sure! I enjoy their live stuff with vocals as well, but it was a nice close up for once. A definite nice change.
The song has vocals and isn't writen as an instrumental. Listen to the song on Spotify with the vocals and it won't sound as repetitive.
This actual song is not an instrumental. "No god" is a song with vocals in it. The video is a bonus clip from the bluray on their album for the fans.
no words... I mean no god..
You wanna see some insane bass, look up F Chopper Koga, her bands are Garcharic Spin and Doll$Boxx. Misa is great, but Koga is next level. TMargeret of 88Kasyo Junrei is something else too, some of the most inventive lines. The line in this song is straight bonkers ua-cam.com/video/SVz63DALQYM/v-deo.html
wrt Band Maid, all the members are allowed to shine.
that's an angle I hadn't considered- yes
i've been listening to them since 2015, it's been that way since. there's very little focus on any single member, contrast that with Western b as nds whose focus tends to be the lead gu just tarist or singer. bands like Polkadot Stingray, Maximum the Hotmone, X Japan, Wagakki Band and Radwimps are other great examples of japanese bands who showcase everybody
It's because Kanami is such a great writer, imho, that they all "shine"
You said Misa, I clicked.
They play very fast tempos!
have ever listen to X-Japan? You should check out their song Alive and Art of life, live at TOKYO DOME (only 30 minutes long)
ピックを持ったままのスラッピング奏法は凄い。
それはそう
what's the name of the bass she's using would be cool to know
No God maybe but definitely a Goddess !
If any one here believes in the second coming, she's here, MISA.
MISA is just another SONG WRITER in the band. And, who else there are? Obviously, they are Mincho and Ahchan, and even Kotabo and Saichan. Band Maid is an organically, physically, and spiritually SINGLE BOY/ENTITY that can’r be torn apart. “Music by Band-Maid,” the credit printed on the CD packages, tells what I mean.
