Lots of talk about size. Last year, the Knicks lost OG Anunoby, then Julius Randle, then Mitchell Robinson, then Jalen Brunson…still pushed it to the brink of the ECF. They just ran out of bullets. this year, the Knicks added Mikal Bridges 6’6” and Karl Anthony Towns 7’0” to compliment OG Anunoby 6’7” but there is a difference between having size and playing big. Sometimes the Knicks have a bad habit of not using their size to draw fouls offensively/defensively and/or get an ugly bucket.

I agree. Stating that we would recoup like we did w/o Randle last year is cutting KAT's value short. Randle was always addition by subtraction, but w/o KAT as currently constructed would be disastrous in terms of this year's expectations. Last year we had one of the serviceable benches in the league compared to a dead last this year. Not to mention we kicked the Nuggets ass.

We could send mitch, precious, deuce, sims, the Washington pick, and a pick swap in 2026 or 2030. I know our depth is cut there but this pushes josh to the bench. So you still have cam, Josh, shamet(when back) and this will force thibs to let the young guys rock. This would make our defense so much better and we'd still have elite offense.

I don’t get how Magic are missing their 2 best players and have more bench minutes than us? Wagner and Black played th same amount of minutes as our bench but they had 5 extra guys play. A win is a win but knowing that our defense is this bad doesn’t make it better. Where would we be if 2 of our starters went down for extended time…. No team in this league makes it 82 games without some extended injury to a starter
