Great review… I actually just posted one last night. This is by far my favorite Superman figure. I plan to dry brush the suit as well, and have reach out to Valhalla Customs for the cape.
Thanks bro! Waiting while it's in transit is harder than waiting for the preorder to be fulfilled, sometimes. I accidentally had mine sent to my previous address and had to call the post office to have it forwarded, which took an extra week 🤦♂️
Its perfect in every way, keep up the good work, subscribed. You said its a mafex head, did you made some changes to it, coz i cant see any mafex cavill head that looks so realistic !
@@BIGE2333 I don't, unfortunately. Just get the paint on a small brush, brush it back and forth on a paper towel until it's fairly dry, then carefully brush it quickly back and forth over the area you want to highlight
How much was the cape and does Valhalla Customs have an online store or do you have to request it personally? Excellent updates btw! I personally wouldn’t be able to confidently do dry brushing on it, that and I never was a huge fan on the high emphasis on the muscle definition; it just made Henry look like an action figure (ironic to say lol), though you did an amazing job at making it come off natural!
The cape was $40 including shipping from Mexico to the US. I ordered it via Instagram DM, and he accepts PayPal. Also thanks! I agree, they went a little too far with the chrome muscle suit in live action, so I tried to make it slightly more subtle
Do you have a link for Valhalla Custom's on eBay or do you know what their Seller name is on eBay (so I can search for them) or do they only sell on instagram? Thanks for the post.

Awesome. But also has to be as much as a hot toys at this point lol. I have almost every DC mezco release and man have they gotten expensive. Adding anymore money on anything 70 or over is getting pretty radical on a 1/12 scale for me.
@@perfect112customs Thats the cost of just the figure alone in the US. Plus the custom cape. Plus paints. Plus you have to have a head and that cost money too. No way you are all in for $130.
@@zforce4399 Nope, that's the full cost, custom cape included. Here's the breakdown for you: - Manipple body (OneSixthKit): $50 - Manipple head: $48.72 - Valhalla cape: $35 shipped. I don't typically include the cost of paints in the cost of a figure, since I use the paints for a ton of different projects, but each vial of Vallejo costs $4. The paintbrush set that the brushes came from cost $13 I think.
Is the dry brush a mixture of both the blue and the silver together? Or was it just the silver used? Also amazing review! You single handedly made me buy this figure today with these mods🫡

Looks fantastic, the head scales perfectly.
Thanks man!
Fantastic job! Color me envious! LOL
Thank you!!
Crazy dude shrunk down Henry Cavill, froze him into dead stare and put him into a box for a UA-cam video
I promised him I'd turn him back to normal after I got a few photos, but now I'm reconsidering...
Great work as always, man! I'm still waiting on mine! It's in the US just hanging out in Washington, lol. Hopefully I get it early next week!

@@perfect112customs oh man, I’ve done that before! Lol.
Damn! love the customization that you have done with the figure, looks like mini hot toys .
Thanks! That's always what I strive for 😄
@@perfect112customsHello, You used the Mafex head? Isn't it too small for the body ?
@@Poupipoupi-bw2bl I actually have a video on my channel that covers that--oh, it's this one 😂
To avoid the metal flaking try using some mod podge to seal it. Or even a spray of clear coat like Mr hobby super clear

Its a headsculpt labeled for mafex figures from Manipple Studios
Do you have clips or video of how you painted the muscles on

@ It's very on and off. He kind of came back to life after I posted about his cape, then made a big batch of them and peaced out again
Do the mezco heads fit on this?
Yep, the body is designed to work with the Mezco scale head
