I'd love to see the results of the second DNA test on the 2nd case, seeing as the mother refused the court's DNA results. DNA doesn't lie. And its awful that she wasn't honest with her family and Mr. Hairston's family that there was a chance it wasn't his child.

The girl was already an adult. It was not about child support but EMOTIONIAL support. She really did die of cancer on January 24, 2019. she was hoping he was the father for her daughter's sake. I am sad for the girl. Her mom is gone and she has no father.

I am sure the court checks all of that before doing a test. No, he was not the father unless he was switched at birth. the girl lied. Only once did I hear Judge Lauren address that when they tested a deceased boy's father in another case. I assumed the father must have said he was not sure if he was his son for her to say that. the boy's mother was already dead.

No, she admitted there were others even in the conception period. She only wanted a DNA test because she was dying and she was hoping for her daughter he was the father. She died January 24, 2019. So, no she was not playing the victim. I am not sure why her husband did not just do the DNA test, even if it was just to humor her.

Women need to be held accountable, when they sleep around then tell a man or multiple men that they are the father then then get mad at or just try to hurt them by then saying say he's not. The responsibility of the men is to take care of these paternity doubts and confirmations from JUMP. Too many string these children along, leaving their entire lives in flux, instead of just taking a ten minute test when the babies are still babies. There should be no reason on EARTH for a nineteen year old to be standing in paternity court to find out if the man who's had doubts her entire life is her bio dad. No reason at all.
