What You Need:
• gin
• sugar
• club soda
• a lemon
• one fresh egg*
• cocktail shaker
• strainer
• highball glass
How You Do It:
1. Add juice of a half lemon to the shaker.
2. Add a spoonful of sugar.
3. Add 2 ounces of gin.
4. Crack the egg, separate the white from the yolk (nice tutorial here: • How to separate egg wh... )*
5. Fill the shaker with ice.
6. Shake shake shake shake shake.
7. Strain into a highblall glass filled with ice.
8. Top off with club soda.
9. Garnish with a lemon.
10. You’ve just made a gin fizz. Cheers!
