    750 grams of potatoes.
    water + salt.
    2 tablespoons of olive oil.
    Marinade:
    2 tablespoons of cornstarch + 1 teaspoon of (dried thyme + rosemary + paprika + salt / black pepper +
    garlic powder + onion powder).
    40 grams of bread crumbs.
    30-40 grams of shredded Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese.
    Method:
    1) Put water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
    2) Wash the potatoes well, then remove the outer skin, and cut them into (6 or 8) pieces lengthwise.
    3) After the water boils, salt is added to it, then the chopped potatoes are added and left to boil together for 15-20 minutes.
    4) Mix the dressing ingredients together and set aside.
    5) After about 20 minutes, the potatoes are well drained from the water, placed on a piece of cloth, and dried well from the water.
    6) Put the potatoes in a bowl and add the olive oil, stir well together until each piece is coated with the oil, then add the seasoning and stir well to coat the potatoes with the seasoning.
    7) Place the potatoes spaced out in the oven tray lined with parchment paper, and enter a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
    * It can be served alongside the grilled main food.
    Served with mayonnaise sauce.
