As I embark on the adventure and passion of home brewing, the Worth brewing company serves as a perfect model for what I want to gain from it. Making great beers and sharing them with my community. Hopefully changing the mindset that cheaper and familiar is better. Brewing TV is such a great resource for me. I've been learning a lot about how beer is made and about the brew community. Thank you so much for sharing your passion. Hopefully in a few years I can host you in SW WI.
My wife and I stumbled onto Worth Brewing in the fall of '08. Peter was there and took us back into the brewhouse to show us his setup. Afterward, we had a few of the beers on tap and each was excellent. The small seating area was soon filled with locals and talk seemed to ranged across tables on topics from the price of corn to the upcoming election. Cheers to Peter and his wife for their venture, and nice job on the video. All for brew; brew for all!
What happened to Brewing TV and why did they stop making episodes about brewing beer and/or all the different ways to do it, all the different types of equipment, ingredients, styles, yeasts and so on. I’m sure some new information has developed since then.
Northern Brewer stopped producing Brewing TV feature episode a while back, partly because Chip, Mike and Jake moved onto to other jobs in the craft beer industry. But Chip, the video guy behind BTV is back at Northern Brewer and making new videos at NB main UA-cam channel. You said that doing it your way is much more expensive by doing the 20 gal at a time with 2 10 gal. And then you said that even the smallest Brew Pubs make 10 times that in the amount of time and effort you put into yours. So then WHY are you doing it the more expensive way? whats the benefit? How did you come to that choice? Pros and Cons of doing it the way the Small Brew Pubs do it?

I know this video is pretty old but I feel obligated to say that although AB is in STL, so are roughly 24 microbreweries.
