dunno about the complaints but I got some of these and they all work so far, in fact impeccably. I got them covering weird angles and everything and they detect me every time which is good
I bought one of these and it worked great for a short time, but now when it alerts ....it des not stop, you trigger it once and it keeps sounding off non stop until you turn it off. Anyone have any suggestions to fix?
Is there a way to turn down the sensitivity? I pointed it towards my open driveway and it goes off at least once a minuite but there's absolutely no movement out there. I had to turn it off.
piece of crap. It worked for 2 weeks until I had to turn it off during a wind storm. I installed it in some trees and the branches were setting it off so I turned the the ringer of with the switch.. Went to turn it back on the next day and it began alarming constantly. turned it off and back on several times and it just went into a continuous alarm state. I suspect a bad switch but no way to change that without destroying the board...
What a piece of crap!!!!! Just bought mine (3 hours ago) and the only way it will activate is if you hit / thump the sensor. I will be returning mine tomorrow!!!!!
Mine does the same thing. They work fine for about a week and then they start going off constantly. I have changed the batteries and it still does it. I have two pieces of crap now.

The biggest problem with this security alert system is too many false alarms.
A $30 Wyze Cam that could detect a person present can do a better job.

You can add some duct tape to 'partially' cover the sensor...this will reduce sensitivity

Sorry to here that You may have gotten a defective one it happens when things are mass produced some defective equipment slips though
Absolute wretched China garbage! Mine just goes off over and over all the time. Many people on Harbour Freight have this same issue.
