I wonder if anyone noticed Joe's lead guitar work in the first two verses (People only seem to care about Pete and Patrick, which is understandable to an extent because they are the leaders of the band, being the lyricist and main composer respectively). I didn't know Joe was this good though. He and Patrick should try unleashing a bit more guitar complexity and power, because they seem very capable, judging from this and "Take Over, Breaks Over".
Ayah Baroudi Patrick and Joe are pretty good at guitar. Far from best in the business, but: they fit the genre very well, it's simple but catchy, and complex enough to be distinguishable. Andy's a pretty good drummer too. The one instrument that can still be improved is bass, which is Pete's. His lack of technical skill doesn't really add a whole lot to the band's sound. He's stuck with really basic basslines
If you read into it, I think Patrick wrote a lot of the lyrics to fill in the gaps. Pete doesn't really seem as interested in putting in the work. Patrick most of the effort in
