Leila the Cobra Agent - Vintage G.I. Joe review

This is a review of the custom female Cobra trooper figure based on the cartoon character named Leila. A single blonde female trooper appeared in multiple episodes (both season 1 and 2) but was only named in the "alternate universe" episode Worlds Without End part 2. So far, Hasbro (and various Hasbro-licensees) have made several female Cobra troopers, but none that represent Leila.
