That beginning must look so weird in the game world. Imagine seeing the nearby lizard lord fire his entire army EXCEPT his good ol'dino boy and then march into your city, break down the door, somehow beat your army and secure the city for himself
So it seemed like the dinosaurs were repeatedly not being shot at and I believe it's because the ai is very hesitant to shoot when going up against single entity stacks on harder difficulties
They tend to do friendly fore when they do shoot, to be fair. Most of our ranged enemies so far have had like 0 AP so they probably would have done more damage to their own troops haha.

This run might be the most episodes because of how much fun you are having 3. 10:40 - 10:55 we can hear your inner child come out as the assassin eats shit 4. Stegadons and Bastiladons can hurt enemies as they wag their tails in combat, i am so happy to see this Honestly great campaign, this is gonna be super fucking fun, one can argue that you can use heroes who are on dino mounts like the skink oracle but for other heroes, you need to increase hero rank first till they get a mount

Hi, I don't know if people have commented this before, but when I saw the building overview at 3:16 I thought that it might be an interesting idea to limit the types of buildings you would be able to build instead of the types of units you can recruit. Having to choose between either military buildings (red) or advanced military buildings (purple) and only using those units would make for an interesting restriction. Love your videos, keep up the good work :)
Honestly, with the way evolution works and with how generally magical Warhammer fantasy can get, Lustria's herbivores might actually be omnivores just in case they need to eat something their masters want eaten.
The starting battle was hilarious. It feels kinda lore-friendly that the Skaven were so dumbfounded by a single lizard boi and his pet dino attacking their city all on their own that they didn’t know how to react. Likely overthinking that there had to be some kind of trick or trap. 😅
Hello, the reason why those Skaven decided to suicide at 16:39 is because that how AI act when they have no settlement left. They will use all the armies they have and attacked the nearby settlement no matter the odd. If they dont have any city their remaining armies will slowly take attrition and died out (which is the samething happen to the player as well) I hope this explaination is satisfactory to you and hope you understand why the AI sometimes make these illogical actions
Oh yeah, I was aware of that part. What confused me is that their larger army surrounded my city rather than attacking it immediately despite taking a significant amount of attrition. Thanks for the support!

I've really enjoyed all of the "ONLY X" series so far, but this one's immediately my favorite - I'm an entire adult woman, and I *still* really love dinos.

The fact that you were willing to actually sit on your ass long enough to get that Primeval Glory up is easily the highlight of this vid--I fucking LOVE that Rite despite having never played a Lizardmen campaign (yet) and given my unabashed bias towards Monstrous units, it was greatly appreciated given that, as far as I can tell, you generally like playing hyper-aggressively for these videos. All Hail being noticeably vulnerable to missile fire!
You probably already realized this but, the reason your first siege was such an ordeal is, skavenslaves aren't counted in the "true" balance of power. They appear both in the bar and as number of troops but they do not cause army loss penalty to be inflicted. This was fun. Peace.
I love how he removes the cold one riders and the skin priest even though through technicality they fit in the dino bracket cause the cold one riders are a velociraptor cavalry and the skin priest ends up riding on a steggadon
So fun fact, to supplement their diet some herbivores to eat some animals if they need nutrients so I don’t know slacken could be part of a balanced diet if your not feeding the herbivores correctly.
Fun fact for 2:15: This type of Skaven settlement is bugged as f*ck. You can Cheese this 100% of the time since they won't follow you with more than a handfull of units UNTIL you get the main capture point. (You gotta start on the left side for best effect)
Just because something is an herbivore, that doesn't mean they don't eat meat. There are videos of cows and horses eating meat, living snakes and chicks. And giraffes are known to gnaw on bones
Technically, all lizardmen heroes would be viable picks for this campaign, as they can all mount onto dinosaurs. Granted, you'd be limited to the red crested skink chief and saurus oldblood for your lords, but that's what your skink priests and oracles are for

Honestly that's a nice spin using the ferals instead of the tamed missile types, makes it an actual force of the jungle. Good luck fighting khalida though, poison is going to hurt😊
This will be a fun series to watch! I might’ve gone with Tehenhauin in order to start with the arc of sotek Bastiodon, but Kroq is more thematic for sure!
Actually, unlike a historical triceratops, a stegadon is an omnivore - it usually eats plants because they don't run away, but will happily munch of anything that doen't keep its distance.
Kroq-Gar is the first LL I ever used back in WH2. For a new player, I would highly recommend Gor-Rok though, he is super straightforward to play and starts with one of the best casters in the game.

This entire run is just Kroq-gar and his friends taking their pet dinos for walkies, and the dinos finding bones and rats all over the place.
