This is fascinating Adam and your answer is so different than my perspective on the matter that it brought up some epiphanies for me.
Is it a teaching of Yogananda that there is no escape from the Wheel of Life and reincarnation?
My perspective is that we can change our karma. My view and experiences with healing karma is largely influenced by Edgar Cacye. I think there is a series called, "From Karma to Grace."
I agree that visions can be distracting. I also think they can be a form of escapism for some.
I get a little bored with Past Life stories. In my experience the ones I remembered included traits and information that I came to work on in this life.

I believe you can change some of your karma but not all of it. You can not change the karma of the family you were born into, most of your childhood, health issues etc. But as an a adult you can avoid some things that come up in your chart.
I loved this so much. I have a CAP 🌙 in the midst of a 6 placement CAP stellium & i know exactly what u mmean when u say dont gloat when u are trying to do that work & u feel like all the synchronicities are spelling out ur wins. Keep ur head down & know that its only a battle won & not the war. For lack of a more concise articulation. Namaste . Blessed Be.

Pat Guillet here. Wonderful nourishing talk, Adam! Thank you! I would add to this the differentiation between Karma, Fate and Destiny. I would say that our karma cannot be changed because it is from the past. However, Astrology, meditation, yoga, personal growth, 12 step, etc, help us to pay off our karma with more ease and joy. Michael Zizis says that Astrology helps us to avoid our fate and achieve our destiny. In other words, with spirituality we can sometimes avoid the worst of our fate, and achieve our destiny. I think of destiny as fulfilling our calling, our purpose in life, not our own but God's purpose for us. We do this by going to where our deepest gladness meets the needs of the world. A few months before he died, Martin Luther King said, "I am not concerned about what is going to happen tomorrow. I am only concerned with doing God's Will." Your talk has really made me think, and helped me remember what is important in this crazy magical and mystifying journey called life.

I believe you're "making & breaking" your Karma every minute, of every day. Motivation to live a good life because you're creating your future Karma all the time. Also, I've broken 9 toes, in incidents & accidents over the years. One of them 3 times, to boot! According to some following the Great White Brotherhood belief of Ascended Masters ( Summit Lighthouse and others), one of the Masters, St Germaine is a master over the Violet consuming flame ( violet is just one colour on white light), and meditating , and using decrees with it, reduces Karma. ???!!!

Recently, we have witnessed some of the mysteries of the mechanics of creation unfolding, with recent revelations and advances in the war over consciousness and more specifically over timelines.
Ongoing changes in the architecture and timelines are having a *ripple effect,* weakening AI structures and essentially moving soul and monadic families *out of artificial timelines.*

How interesting about the 12th house! I have Aries in my 12th House (1 to 29 degrees) but no planets there. I don't think I'm reckless (maybe because my natal Mars is in Cancer), but I am generally considered to be rather brave (not in cocky bravado kind of way) - mostly in rather inconspicuous ways: I can sustain efforts which a lot people admire as 'brave' (maybe because I have Jupiter and Saturn in Capricorn?) - it's usually not flashy at all - and sometimes rather private: I can stand up for what is right (in rather unassuming ways - and even when no one is present or will ever see it). I wonder how Uranus transiting Aries from 2011 may have affected me. I don't have any natal points in my 6th house either, so there would not been any opposition there, but I have a natal opposition right in the middle of the 3rd and 9th house (Mars at 16 Cancer, Saturn at 17 Cap). It looks like Uranus squared my natal opposition in 2015 - I did run into a lot more confrontations that were really out of my control... Pluto was also about to conjuct my Saturn at the time (for a very long time...). It got much worse as Uranus squared my Venus and my MC last year and conjuncted my ASC and moved into my 1st hours, and has been at a head as the Nodes conjuncted my natal Saturn/Mars opposition this year... It's all been very slow and sustained over a number of years but I feel it's been very deep and inevitable - almost like it had to happen. There were parallels with previous life experiences which I had not sustained, and I've been surprised at myself every step of the way this time round - my default reaction has always been to get frustrated and drop everything and 'move on', but this time it feels like I can't do that... It's also interesting that it's been through all this that my interest in Astrology and my Buddhist practice (and my connection to other spiritual traditions too) have really increased quite substantially! My understanding is that the 12th house is also related to the Unconscious and to Self-Sacrifice, Self-Transcendence and Service to Humanity. The fields in which these confrontations came to be were all altruistic. For a long time I've been focusing on it in terns of the Capricorn SHADOW that astrologers have been talking about a lot lately because of the 2020 configurations: abuse of power, corruption in top-down structures, underhand deals, betrayals, lies, deceit, dishonesty, etc.(and changing my 'world view' as Capricorn is my 9th House) But I'm now thinking that there must've been sth with Uranus transiting my 12th house too. I got a bit worried the other day when I was considering the possible consequences of the up-coming Capricorn transits and saw that they will all eventually hit my MC and move into my 10th House... I had hoped that life would bring me a bit of peace and quiet after all I've been through, but the descriptors indicate the need to use the lessons of the 9th House to offer to the world in the 10th!... Karma? I'd wished Id cleared some of my karma with all this by now and would be free to withdrawn FROM the 'world' and focus on my contemplation and enjoyment of nature (I'm having my Second Saturn Return now), but now I have no idea what the future holds. You're right, I need to trust that DIVINITY will be with me through whatever Karma decides I need to go through in future too! Many thanks for your generosity, Adam! (and I love your blue room too!)

Karma is not to be changed. Behavior however is.
Behavior is something that is relative to your own progress in life.
Karma is a natural action reaction law.
Seeing your path is set in stone, there is no change possible. The change that happens is a consequence
of your own learned lessons and the implimentation of them/or not, which results in "good" or "bad" karma.
This gives the experiencer the feeling that they are actually experiencing a reality.
The change in it's collective is what creates time...
Love your story that makes so much sense but your mantra enlightened you. I thing prayers, meditation does help. I am interested in many spiritual realms, it is just connecting us to the Universal Light. My Pluto is in the 12th. I have had insight to past lives. We do not live there but it helps you understand your natal chart. I went to a Kabbalah lecture. I am not Jewish, I loved what the Rabbi giving the lecture on reincarnation said, through prayer we can change our Karma. That is why I always pray for others. ❤️ stay humble always.
Another insightful video. I have recently started contemplating if our consciousness effects astrology of if astrology effects our consciousness - the chicken or the egg theory. Imagine if 10 million people meditated together on a single-pointed positive thought - how this would shift the collective consciousness - and the potential of such a positive shift. Like time in the Universe, maybe astrology would fold in on itself and cease to exist.
12th house moon in the sign of mars reminds me of my 12th house cusp in the sign of mars (square natal sun). The Universe is often speaking to me in terms bodily trauma. It’s a bit too much at times...

Its important to note as well that 'karma' is a concept tied to the 3rd dimension..whenever we move into the 5th dimension- which i would say is an 'observer' state of awareness- we have the capacity to transcend it since we are no longer identifying with polarized ways of thinking and re-acting. Whatever astrological 'hand' one is dealt we always have free will towards how we process the experiences and the perspective we choose to look at them which removes creating further karma in the present by remaining neutral as opposed to judging.
