Hi there, I'm a veteran as well, and I agree with you. I also have the opinion that our fellow veterans should be barred from law enforcement entirely. Police are supposed to enforce the civil laws of the United States, and work for their fellow citizens. In the military we trained to "kill people, and break their shit". The two jobs are entirely unrelated, other than the use of firearms.
You are just police that do far more evil shit overseas in countries that never attacked us for the profits of weapons manufacturers and the oil industries.
@@fasillimerick7394 Law enforcement is a totally different profession than the military. The military is not guaranteed to be able to go home everyday after a shift and is always at standby of sorts for deployment orders. The military oath requires adherence to a whole new set of laws in the Uniform Code of Military Justice. The military cannot just quit mid shift free of any type of disciplinary action or criminal prosecution like a military member would be subject to. While law enforcement is one of the more dangerous jobs and is noble in nature it is nowhere the military experience. A lot of law enforcement who have never served wants to equate their police experience as being equal to military service. However, it is not the same.
LOVE IT! and the work you are doing, Mr. Israel. Patriot. It behooves all citizens to memorize the 4th amendment statutes in our respective states to hold armed badge wearing servants of the law accountable for their ignorance.
I want to thank you so very freaking much for your videos and you teaching me about my rights. Even though I am not from the states, a lot of laws apply in my country as well. I found out the hard way that there is even something more dangerous then a cop now knowing the law and that is a citizen not knowing the law AND acting like he is a law enforcer. I was wrongfully accused of shoplifting in a supermarket by a guy who rolls sushi in that store. He had no authority at all, so I stood by my rights and refused an illegal search by this person. Wisely decided that I should film, the altercation. I started to film and the guy immediately attacked me. Pushed me to the ground and jumped on top of me. He sat on my chest for 7 minutes while pushing with his kneed into my ribs so that I could not breath. He had the store manage hold my left arm so that he could use my Android to torture me by pushing one corner of my Android into my mid chest area. After begging for air for 7 minutes the police finally arrived and the guy got off me. To make a long story short. I have an uncle that is a great lawyer, so a big lawsuit is following. I knew I was within my rights and gave the other guys enough room to also respect my rights, but the trampled all over them. Result: one charge of theft, assault, heavy assault, attempted murder, attempted homicide, deprivation of liberty. All because I knew my rights and they absolutely had no clue about my rights. The head office of the supermarket received my lawyers papers today. There will be hell to pay for them. So thank you very much for your vids and advice.

As a veteran myself it does not surprise me that most veterans know the law better than most of the police that need that knowledge to do their job... I didn't become a Mr. Goodwrench by just learning what tools are for, I had to understand how a car works... It's always the best that rise to the top!!
My guy is educated on his rights and schooled the boys in blue. Well done!
You are right. By calling a backup, he has a big responsability. That's where when cop does not explain the situation, he messes up.
Great channel man making people stronger much respect from your old friend Australia
Love watching Big Nick!
Thank you Sir for all your priceless content
Thanks Big Nick and always thanks WeThePeople
LOVE IT! and the work you are doing, Mr. Israel. Patriot.
It behooves all citizens to memorize the 4th amendment statutes in our respective states to hold armed badge wearing servants of the law accountable for their ignorance.
Big Nick is an old school auditor. Definitely check him out.
Big Nick had them befuddled confused . The big woman backed down real fast and gave her name. All of them realize that if this goes on the WWW they are open to ridicule.
I’ve been following Big Nick for years. Love this guy.
Good interaction and putting them in their place.
Big Nick was one of my first exposures to the 1A community. He is awesome. Thanks for highlighting him.
BN and AI vids like this are much needed and appreciated. Thank you.
I cant believe they haven't learned by now.
They get a call so they have to show up.
"Whats going on?"
I'm filming from public.
"OK have a good day"
Pops head in door.... he's allowed to do that, don't call again please.
I love Big Nick. Everyone should be following his channel. His editing of this video, with all the notes and punch sounds was great. He talked circles around that 1st ignorant cop and made him look even worse. I'd already seen the whole video, but definitely wanted to see what you said about it and enjoyed it all over again. 👍
Nice police car sweep of the sidewalk...Is that cop drunk?? Then wrong way...cops ignorace is jaw dropping!!
not only calling for back up, the other officers are going to see the cop is parked on the sidewalk going the wrong way. so the level is even further up
Yes we veterans are the best ones to do these as they are afraid to attack us like they do the general public.
Dooooont you believe it ...yell get it almost as bad as black people
They don't give two shits and a fuck about what u did lol
They don't give two shits and a fuck about what u did lol

6:07 Auditor - _"you see a camera, you see me standing on the public sidewalk, and you see all this stuff that I can photograph. Now what do you think is going on? Put all that together, what do you think is going on?"_
Couldn't have been said better.
Do you think maybe they should get a few more cops for backup? I mean a guy with a camera is pretty scary! 😂
Great audit and great coverage!
Calling for backup is a tactic. It's designed to get MORE cops there which raises the level of intimidation. More cops standing around barking orders makes it more likely to gain compliance.
I often worry about guys like Big Nick pissing off the wrong tyrant and disappearing. Nothing but respect for helping keep the worlds biggest gang accountable. Be safe and God bless
It’s truly a valid concern , I’ve been assaulted by cops more than once for having committed no crime
@@PanthersigmaI've been beat by them also but worse than that I had a state trooper threaten to let me out of his car so he could shoot me for escaping. I have to admit I was scared and I don't believe he was joking. I was 25 when that happened 57 now and I think I would tell him to go ahead and just hope he gets caught
@@brianbailey3312 the truly sad part is I don’t believe he was joking either , the very profession itself just seems to attract the worst types of people whom ironically are the last people who should be in the profession
Its not Big Nick's place to tell them to 10.8
Big Nick always does a great job!
When you radio for backup, you automatically escalate the situation. Over escalation and/or failure to de-escalate is one of the biggest issues cops have.
Wow, recognized big nicks voice immediately! Love you guys, please keep up the good work!
I always love the disappointment on the cops faces when they realize the person they are harassing knows the law 😂😂
Big Nick! That man’s logic is infectious!
"now what do you think is going on?" YES
Watching him smashing cop egos is so so good!!
Professor BigNik supreme job brother 💯❤️🎥 kudos to you too brother for bringing us to this video 🍻🍻
I like your policy! Now the police seem afraid by calling for backup. This police is already in over his head!
It’s a rule that the police park illegally to show the public that they are in fact above the law and can do whatever they want to do. It shows dominance.
Thank you for your service and good job standing strong
Accusing them of crimes? WTF? Many woulda just S&*& him and been done with it. And no backup? Screw that! I'd call for double back up for this obviously slippery bird, then help him on his merry way or take him to the hosgow for a night on the hardbed.
Interestingly about back up officers being on high alert. So many times we see the back up officer escalating the situation.
The minute you hear the voice you know it is BIG NICK! O. G.
I love how the eye Institute employee just turned around and walked away after just shaking his head no
Big Nick is a Hero!
Looks like the Traffic laws are only for the Proletariat!
Semper Fi.
Just found you.Just watched some.
Just subscribed.
guess i’ll be binge watching the rest of your stuff now
I like this dude. He broke it down and made cop put it together and told the rest of them they can 10.8
If you are going to TALK, be smart like this guy. Nicely done Sir, thank you for educating these Cops and your audience.
Big Nick is a goat
Thank you sir.
Great job
Cases like this are the best argument against increasing police department budgets.
This was a monumental waste of taxpayer money.
Always ask to remove sunglasses, be respectful towards each other, sincerity and respect is shown from the eyes
Approx 95% of the time they are worn for intimidation or to hide sincerity guilt from the other person.
That guy was very well spoken. Great job and thx for sharing it.
Been following Bug Nick and happy Brian from Here’s the Deal channel covered this so good. Love you Brother from another Mother!!
Great show old man ....
This guy does it RIGHT, ignores their questions and points out the facts at hand!!!
4 police cars for a guy holding a camera. Amazing
Damn…..I’m surprised that SWAT didn’t show up in full gear. SMH.
My man, great video !!!
Much love to both for keeping us safe and informed
I live in Tarpon Springs Florida, and I have looked up " Is Florida a stop and ID State " and I can't get a definitive answer , most say yes it is. But now I know for sure.
This guy is a super hero. I also noticed how the officers parking illegally on the sidewalk caused a man to have to walk in the street to get past them, which could be considered dangerous.
Irresponsible of the first officer for escalating when there was no issue. Thanks for educating us. We know when something is wrong but we don’t always know what exactly is wrong.
Good man, I totally believe in everything he said and did. Too bad more African Americans don't know these laws and regulations, there would be a lot less corruption and safety for them, if they did. A white girl from Canada 🇨🇦
Big Nick sets this guy up like pins and then knocks him down.
As soon as I heard the voice I knew it was big Nick
Thongs change scent from one end to the other. Knowledge is power. God bless
Big Nick is a legend and a true patriot who fought for us in the military and now as a civilian.
Your comments on calling for backup are correct. Respectful conversation is all required in this case. Retired L.E. here.
People!
The forth amendment doesn’t become void when the police show up.
Without a law being broken he has absolutely no authority over that man period. Non negotiable.
Very articulate gentleman. Way to stand up to these tyrants.
In situations such as this I always ask myself, “What would Big Nick do?”
This video is Founding Father approved.
