I want to thank you for this video. It gives me hope. 😊 I wanted long layers and ended up with a wolf cut. Needless to say I was and am not happy. My hair by no means falls perfectly the way I see some other girls hair fall. I also have no volume on freshly washed and blow dried hair no matter how hard I try. Every time I look in the mirror I want to just cry. I hope this helps me until it grows back out. 😊

Thanks! I have between 2b and 2c curls but when I sleep on them, they never look good. Lol. In fact, nothing I sleep in hair wise ever looks good the day after. . . It was great seeing how this looks 2 ways! I'm excited to try both and see what suits me more.
my hair is so frizzy, my natural hair is wavy so with my wolf cut it’s just a big puffy mess all the time and I normally wear it in a pony tail most time so it doesn’t look the bad, hopefully this works !

However combined with my thick slightly frizzy hair and big glasses it gives more 1970’s and less wolfcut 😂

I’ve had a shag before, it took me forever to figure out that if you blow out your bangs it helps give it more volume and sits on the layers better.
yes!! Recently bought the revlon one step hair dryer and have been doing "real" hair blowouts. Game changer

Thanks. I didn’t know what a wolf cut was. Only that brad mondo said it created gesture and layers. I didn’t know that meant the front shirt and then the back not going from the smooth strasitional layers from the front to the back, but just a harsh drop from shirt to long. I regretted it as it gave me emo, grunge, messy hair style girl vibes and that is the opposite of my style. I love love layers and beautiful blend into the back. I don’t think I can really wait anymore and will need to cut about 6 inches from the back because of the mistake I made. Luckily my hair is long enough. From past my bra strap to my shoulder blades 😞 I’ll never get the long layered look again. I’m 35 (don’t look it) but it just doesn’t grow as much as it used to at its peak growing stage (which is scientific your 20’s). Guess I’ll be 40 before I get that down to the part where it falls right a few inches above my waistline area. Thanks for the video. In the meantime I’ll at least be able to do something that makes it look nice until I can pay that 150$ an hour fee (yes regardless of what style that’s the average where I’m at. It’s a luxury just for the most basic layers hence me trying to do it myself without googling exactly what it was. However, thank you so much.

Not really sure what you mean love, but no its not a must to style it! It's just options if you feel like your wolf cut looks a bit dull. If you already have texture and curls then I don't see the need to style it like me unless you want the straight hair blow out look :) ♥️

I use a scandinavian brand called ida warg! As long as it protects up to 200 degrees Celsius and you evenly distribute it. Any should be fine! ☺️

ok so, i have curly hair would it still be fine if i did it like that or should i wet it first. i've had a wolfcut for a while and i still dont know how to style a curly wolf cut
You can use a flatiron like me and get the same results I would say. No need to wet your hair before, just use heat protective spray and come through each section before styling :) I recommend looking at others with similar hair to yours for even better tips. I have no idea how to style curly hair 💕
When I leave my natural hair on my wolf cut it looks like the second way and when I style it it looks like the fake blowout💀
