Hi There . Great Channel :-) I am English and now live in Thailand .. I am starting to plan a road trip from Eastern Thailand through Malaysia and into Singapore ..My question to you is how easy it is to enter Singapore with a Thai register bike ..??? and want document will I need ? and any other tips I might find useful :-) cheers
It's pretty straightforward to enter singapore (SG) via motorcycle or car. Personally, I saw a few thai vehicles in SG before. I think the following are the core requirements 1) valid insurance for Singapore 2) toll paying card (autopass) 3) VEP (vehicle entry permits) You can read up the full requirements via this SG govt website: onemotoring.lta.gov.sg/content/onemotoring/home/driving/entering_and_exiting_singapore/foreign-vehicles-not-registered-in-malaysia.html#before_entering_Singapore All road signs are in English. Thus, it will be straightforward for you. Probably, you will need to look out for the parking fee (90% paid, unlikely it will be free). Most of them are being done thru cashless means (either via Cash Card or via SGParking App).
Always great content!!
