i feel like boneworks, deadfm, and machine king are sort of the 3 major acts of the story with any games in between building between them.
Yeah like deadfm could be interpreted as lava gang and then all of them being the main stuff
That's a good interpretation! As much as everybody was initially disappointed with Bonelab's campaign, I personally feel like it's designed to be a generally less in-depth campaign than that of Boneworks. It feels like more of a DLC chapter that tries to connect everything and to dive further into a specific subtopic (in this case, the LavaGang), rather than be a major plot point in the story. Until the rest of the games in the Boneworks universe are released or Brandon were to literally say it out loud, we probably won't know what SLZ's true intentions with Bonelab were.

I like the idea they have a story in their head and have for a long time and it’s all unraveling in this amazing medium
So deadfm might be use using the tools we created ourselves (mods) in bonelab which may be integrated somewhat into the game so that we can join jimmy in his fight against the machine king and the hall would be the final chapter in defeating the machine king who is probably a metaphor for game devs that don't try too hard to tap into the potential that games have to give us better experiences but instead lock us into the sam old same old. This bringing us to the true beginning of freedom
The lore in this game man is insane incredible job to you for going through all of this to find this props to you
Dude this is what I wanted to do the most personally but never got around to but you collecting every tiny detail is so useful especially when trying to piece stuff together
The logo on the SLZ cards and the monument is from the 1988 Japan movie AKIRA. The logo appears in a shot when A scientist and a Colonel go into a vault that is Cryogenically freezing Akira. Hope this helps,love your channel.
There was one thing I noticed you missed and it was the noclip wall in the MythOS garbage place in 01 Decent
Fun fact: CRISPR is actually a form of genetic sequencing that is used in labs. I guess the snacks work kind of in that way to add effects, like maybe a bodylog connection system to get avatar stats or whatever.
Great work. I like the flow of what you are saying, and it's clear you put a lot of time into researching this for us. You have always provided great content, but these Bonelab videos in particular show how far you've come along the way.
Maybe the developers who were integrated are the null-body's you see at home and that's why a lot of keycards are in random places because the developers were integrated at those places? Just a theory
Also project four is referenced in loading screen I think. First of all the loading chamber is named loading chamber 4 EDIT:below that it says L4 to me it’s probably “level 4” or “loading4”
it feels weird to think of BONELAB and BONEWORKS as actual games. Like that the game exists as the game in the universe. Like the BONEHUB is obviously not a place for IRL players to access different game modes, but is a foundation to the story, I like to think that everything except the boot menu and loading screens are canonically in MythOS.
Michael wickoff the composer one time asked the community to send audio filed that start with i wish or sth simmilar to that and didnt just take audio files from discord conversations

The door with the green guy on top could meand exit. That is how you do a exit sign, and the door is from the first Big Anomaly. So, maybe they are exiting the real world in there, and after the door means void. That is my guess.
We need a movie of this game
The way I personaly feel it's going is that the B Side will be DeadFM or will finish to introduce the seed of DeadFM that Bonelab started, then comes, scenario one, new games until the tech can support Machine King the way it was envisioned without compromize, or scenario 2, the same thing, but DeadFM comes after the B Side, because the B Side is actually something else. So, I see DeadFM coming soonish, the B Side if not being DeadFM still building onto Jimmy and his story, and Machine King not coming soon at all.

If you are wondering what is behind the keycard doors you can use a noclip nimbus gun and fly in.also on maps like museum sandbox there are batteries to open the exit door and there is a lot of lore and secrets there this is also in the mirror map and many others some seem unfinished I think they might be related to the b side story but if you don’t want to go find the batteries you can noclip in (like what I did) and if you noclip in there are sometimes secret rooms with seemingly no access and that’s what makes me think it is unfinished and will be related to the b side story.I think these secret rooms will make a great addition to the game and I hope there are rooms like this in many more maps and you have to collect some sort of key or energy orb or something and go to the hub and place them somewhere and unlock a door or maybe each of the maps are different stories or maybe once you complete all of them something opens. Anyways I am excited to see what the developers will do I think I will check each of the secret rooms after every update and give updates on UA-cam if there are any changes
I refer to bonelab as project 4 part b and then the original game that is still being worked on, which is a saberlake focused game which will set up the story of hall of the machine king. The saberlake focused game is what is seen in the project 4 concept art. I refer to the original saberlake focused game as project 4 part a.

There's a lot of clipboards talking about "Plates" I'm pretty sure these plates are those feature boards that demonstrate features, Maybe these plates change the environment based on what is written on them?
At 7:14 you can see spikes on the bottom of the BodyLog. Despite this having no real lore importance, I thought it was kinda interesting(also reminds me of the DNA manipulator thing from the one episode of Rick and Morty)

I am pretty sure that DeadFM is not the same as Bonelab because Alex said that project 4 and DeadFM won't be the same game and that the cat is suppose to play a significant role in DeadFM but did barely show up in Bonelab, sure it was hanging on the wall in some places, like in Boneworks, but it wasn't anything important.

I think the reference to "canning project 4" is probably just them saying that the original scope and idea of the game changed. I think a lot of elements that were supposed to be a part of project 4 (I'm pretty sure you were supposed to work for saberlake in that game) will probably be part of their next project, since BONELAB is technically more of a spinoff than a sequel.
I don't like bonelab's story but I love bonelab's lore.

Fun fact. Did you know that hall of the machine king is the game that caused the events of bone works but that game was too big so duck season was made
to be honest, as long as this series never reaches the realism of something like saints and sinners (to the point where in my opinion it subtracts from the fun, like making you fix your guns), i'll gladly buy it all (also if its on oculus, im not that rich.)

This is my opinion on all of the S L Z games. Duck season is a door or intro to S L Z universe, Boneworks is gate 1, Bonelab is bridge between boneworks and dead Fm then it's dead Fm that is gate 2, then B side is bridge between dead Fm and maching king and maching kings is a final gate 3

You missed a Easter egg it says immortality in the wish lift and in boneworks Ford wants to achieve immortality (hope this helps)
There is a UA-camr called Orbb and he released a video on cut radio “scenes” and it is not Jimmy speaking on it.
in boneworks it all happens at 3.14 thats the pi number but after in bonelab thers a clock that its 3.14 so maybe in fantasy land every body wasnt elimanated

here are some corrections based off of my knowledge, some might be wrong tho
1. Safety Bubble distance is probably referencing the 6 feet rule due to the virus imo
2. with the mirrors, thats how games in the late 90s handled mirrors, just a duplicated room, so that might be related? or it could just be game optimization for quest
3. P4 split off into 2 games, so we are playing half of P4
4. That division equation results in a big string of random numbers, might be important?
5. Stick figure moving into a door is possibly referencing them trying to escape from Monogon
6. Outlandish theory, the door is referencing the door Arthur went through in BW?
7. The asset streaming board (this is a theory) might not be talking about modding BL, it might be talking about the asset streaming system BL uses, which (to my knowledge) can lower the amount of RAM needed for a game by only loading the needed content (avatars/objects) when needed, and this is also the reason why BL pretty much needs an SSD, so my guess is that the pallets and crates are more irl tech stuff then lore, but you cant know with SLZ
8. Vehicle mods still arent officially added, nor are gun mods or npc mods, this community is just filled with smart people... somehow
9. The wishes arent from discord conovs between the community and devs, before release Micheal asked for community members to send recordings of their wishes to an email he had setup for it, and thats where the recordings came from

Now, quick theory that i would like to put out there, BL is also trying to tell the story of SLZ Inc. (inuniverse SLZ) breaking out of that universe using the voidway to come into our universe and form SLZ LLC. (irl slz) to escape the eyes of Monogon, thats my theory for part of the story that SLZ LLC. is trying to tell with this universe (no i am not saying that thats where all the irl members of SLZ came from, im saying that that might be part of the story they are trying to tell)

Bonelab isn't project 4, they were working on a different game until they scrapped it and made bonelab because of how much people loved boneworks. This is why the game seems so half-assed, its because they spent way less than 3 years developing the game

I think stress level zero is messing with you because if you look at the mine ride you can see a thing called dead FM so I’m pretty sure that Dad FM and bone lab are the same game
HR could easily be heaven's reach since WWL (wishing well lift) is a place in heaven's reach, and dungeon is the catacombs connected to mythos
this could be the path that stress level zero took to get to the bonelab while running from alora, or could be their _predicted path_ that us the player may take to join the lava gang as slz is more than likely smart enough to sniff out potential lava gang recruits while running

OK so I have a theory that "x" is alora, so let me explain. We know in the events of boneworks that alora was the only one aware that the void can offer power, and when she talks to Ford we can tell that she know what Ford knows, and we know the void works in mysterious was since it's outside of time and space. But let's focus on that, time we see multiple versions of Ford in the game, some before and some after they entered the void, and if this happend to Ford it not crazy to think the same thing happend to alora as well. And so if "x" is future alora it would make sense that she would know what Ford does because she has helped him multiple times. So think of it like this. If "x" did not exist, then Ford would never have made it to the void then alora would hesitate on going to the void and so "x" would not exist. Now I know there are some holes in this theory like, x helps multiple different people in the events of bonelab and duck season. But if you watched matpat's theory in duck season, then its possible that David is Ford. So bonelab is the only real bump in this theory
