Best Version of this song I have ever seen. And I’ll stick by it because I’ve seen a lot of Rosemarys performed
I can't stop watching this, the show was so amazing!
I love Hedy’s robe it’s so cute! 💖
The music and drama departments at Summit High School are superb, with many talented actors, singers, and musicians. A particular standout for me are the McManus brothers, Keegan and Sean. The quality of these performances are first rate, as good if not BETTER than Broadway! "How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying." is a case in point. I first saw the musical in the late sixties, followed by the movie. I loved it then and I love it now. I thought Darren Criss's performance in the Broadway revival fell just a bit flat and Daniel Radcliffe's character seemed too frantic a portrayal of Finch. Nick Jonas, well, portrayed Nick Jonas in the musical. He is a great singer, but he didn't adequately carry the character in his performance. This performance was perfection. Sean's portrayal of the main character made me feel some compassion for the insecure and vulnerable character, despite his scheming ways. (Or perhaps because of it?). That is a hard thing to do; however, Sean made the protagonist a real, believable, yet flawed human being who desires the American dream and who uses his wits to get it. Sean never strayed into caricature, which is difficult to do with an over-the-top character such as Finch. Sean tapped into Finch's vulnerability and that make the character work. Great job, Sean! To conclude, this show had it all: brilliant staging, choreography, and acting/singing from the entire cast. Everything was on point. Kudos to the teachers and behind-the-scenes workers. What a wonderful job! THANK YOU!!! In fact, the entire series of musicals you have posted have been most wonderful to watch, and are a pleasant diversion from the stresses faced in these challenging times. Please keep up the excellent work! It is appreciated more than you will ever know.
No way this is high school. The actress playing Rosemary looks too old
