I feel like the difference is knowing the tricks like the back of your hand. Like you used to have to pull out the manual to decode the braille and now you can just prep a whole team for all 3 before even getting to pacifidlog
There's such little...wonder left. Seeing that weird divable patch of water and trying time and time again to get there through the currents. Decoding the braille for the first time. The fact that it was much harder to get information online back then. Well, serebii still existed I guess but you get what I mean
