Question for you, how many runners do you think it takes to lift a car? The car weighs 3,000lbs (1360kg). Put your best guess in the comments below and in just a few days I'll drop a video that answers that question!! :D I Find me on Instagram here: instagram.com/nicksymmonds
Oh man, if you ever come to Texas I’d love to run in one of these events! - you’re always great at motivating people to push themselves and have fun doing it!
fax i thought he was coming over here but a storm came that date and i havent heard anything about it since then so i dont know if he will ever come to tx
Hey Nick, been watching the vids for a bit. I just broke 5 mins on my mile and am currently a sophomore in highschool. Your vids have inspired me so much to push myself on the track. Keep up the great content❤️❤️❤️
@@americanninjawarriorkid2643 oh it was super slow, it was like 2:40 but to go from running for 30 seconds and being sore for 3 days to running for 2:40 in 7 months? Bodies are crazy!!
Wassup Nick!? I’m a fellow Eagle Scout, I am from Troop 94. I recently started track and cross country. You have been a great inspiration to me, thanks for spreading your wisdom. Keep of the great work Bison!
Awesome vs as always Nick. One small suggestion: adding current pace/speed, maybe for the leaders, or groups, after finishing a lap. Would be an interesting statistic to check out. Keep being awesome, Nick.
Hey nick I really appreciate you making these videos, last year I have never ran before and I seen your “beat me in a race win $100” video and then I started watching you, and know I love running- xc and track
Nice! I’d love to see some 2 mile running workouts and how to increase stamina on the lower body. I constantly tell my Marines about your channel and what you do. This is awesome.
hey nick! i’m a sophomore in highschool and really hoping to make it to state for the 3200m. i run a 10:13 and 27 seconds away from my school record. i hope that one day i can participate in one of these runs!
I just realized that this exact same race at least with the last lap happened with my two teammates. They ran 10:44 as well and went 1st and 2nd in the race. It was fun to watch as they were sprinting all out the last 150
These are fast runners man my fastest time for 2 miles is 12:52 which is not that bad considering I’m a freshman in high school, but to get the times that these athletes are getting is all mental because when you run long distance you get bored, and for them to get these times it’s really impressive
Way back in 95' when I was a Sophomore / 14-15 yrs old I ran a 4:59 1600m/ 10:42 for 3200meters (with not nearly enough training really) I couldn't continue beyond that year due to host of issues.
My PB in the 3200 is 8.32, but unfortunately that was in 1987, these days it would be more like 83.20, but love to see the traditional distances still being run.
In highschool I use to do everything from a 400 to the 3200. I prefer the 3200 and my best time was a 10:17. Watching this makes me want to go out and try to beat that time.
My best ever 3200 was at a meet last year where I took the lead after lap 1 since I could sense the rest of the leaders slowing down, and I just hel 79s for most of the race and finished with a 10:36 after leading the whole time
Hey Nick I absolutely love all your videos. Recently I’ve been getting very involved in the NIL (name image and likeness) space for athletes. I was wondering how you navigate the rules and regulations around high school athletes receiving money for athletic competitions and not losing their eligibility to run or compete in college athletics? Thanks so much, you are the best!

Treadmill in swimming pool challenge?? Sounds freaking cool 🔥
Maybe one Nick and 25 runners
Might be 15😬
12 runners!!!
12 runners 🏃♂️
that 12 year old female is going to be a force of nature. a 6 minute mile (12 minutes for 2 miles) is insane. kudos to her!
There is a big difference between almost 13 mimutes and 12 minutes but still she did very good
Slow
@@DanielDiCola-vn4vrlet me guess, your an older guy runner who’s like 14 and way faster than her so you call her slow
Good stuff Nick. You’re teaching and inspiring the next generation of runners while ensuring the “old bison” like myself stay active too.
That's the goal!! Thank you for watching :)

Lucky you I wish I can break 5 for the mile last year I ran 4:55 for 1500m my pb is 4:45
That’s super cool, I’m also a softmore and want to break five, but unfortunately it’s not looking likely this season
Love these vids. Always have such positive vibes and so motivating for me and lots of other people
Lots more track videos coming soon!!
I don't see how y'all can do a 2 mile run without stopping. Incredible work! Keep up the good content!
If you want to you could too! One year ago I couldn't run 30 seconds and then in September I ran 21.1km!

Always trying to make the best content we possibly can!!
Super happy I found this channel last year. The most positive fitness channel on UA-cam. No drama.
Nick I love your videos keep up the good work. Hope I meet you someday!
Shout out to the ginger kid who never gave up- each and every one of the people who come out and are willing to push themselves is a real athlete!
I’ve been binging your race videos for days! So glad that there is a new one! Can’t wait for the Nick Symmonds Track Classic!
This was so intense to watch. Damn 😳 and those guys were breaking 1 mile under 6 minutes. Damn 😂 much respect 👏🏽
6 min/mile race pace is good for a middle schooler

I'm proud to say this is the first Nick Symmonds video where I would win the challenge!
Same haha, usually they summon up some 4:15 miler but I would’ve won this by more than 40 seconds
@@benthecool6607 yeah I expected this to be way more competitive, but I would have won by 10 seconds as a 15 yr old sophomore

My favorite videos that you do are the long distance races, thank you for the great content!!
Love your content,
Hoping to see more track races coming soon..
Love the 3200! Irronically, they got a similiar time I got last year as a freshmen.
My teammate was in the race! LETSSS GOO!
1.04 last lap. That's crazy

You always know who’s gonna win cause he knows their name in the post commentary.😂
Something about seeing people run that is exciting :p

I have a championship saturday and i have to run the 32, this inspires me and i feel more confident
Wow that 12 year old girl ran like 6:30 avg pace for 2 miles….i could barely do that my freshmen year of high school.
To think I took 18:41 minutes to finish 3200 meter race. Those are some super athletes 👏
This is the one & only time that I can say I beat an Olympian is a race, my goal for the race
Awesome commentary especially through the sponsor

I've always dreamed about being in a Nick Symmonds video. When I found out you came to my hometown and I missed it I was heartbroken!
Running this event in districts next week. Made me so nervous watching this 😂
Earlier today I set a 3200 PR of 10:35, so this video was done at an opportune time!
Come out to southern california. Im a junior in high school and i run a 9:32, and im not even top 2 on my team.
Bro I'm super impressed with brooklyn 12:54 at 12 years old as a female she is on fire!! I know some high school males who can't pull that off
Can you do a race in Illinois?
you are bringing good stuff now

Man Nick I should’ve been on ig so I could’ve gotten some good money out of you 😂😂😂
man Evan would have completely crushed this race, and even prolably lapped the leaders
You should come to Brisbane Australia and do some running challenge
