Coco boy, those areas such as Cherry, Gardens, Norbrook, Jacks Hills, Beverly Hills, Russell Heights, Armour Heights, Stony Hills, Forest Hills, and more are all Kingston suburbs and they have all been upscale, old neighborhoods. Many people have modernized their homes but they are some of the wealthier suburbs of Kingston. There are many more too.

The prices of the plate of foods at the restaurant on the video at 27:06, They seem "Way Overpriced" for regular Jamaican food, curry chicken and whatever and furthermore, he is not even dining in at the Restaurant.
