Naakyat ko na to. Hindi ito yung traditional route. Ito yung long route. Parang umakyat sila at bumaba ulit, at dumaan sa Goblin forest. Kung dumaan sila sa shorter way (Stratford or North Egmont), in 2 hours nasa Tahurangi Lodge na sila. Ito yung last stop before makarating sa summit. Kaya akyatin ito ng 5 to 6 hours from start to summit, then 3 hours pababa. Kaya siguro tinahak nila yung mahabang daan para ma-feature ng husto ang Mt Taranaki.
Napakaganda talaga ng new zealand sana naging pilipinas kna lng the most safest country no crime rate gaya ng ng mga patayan..im here kaya in new zealand kaya talagang saksi ako sa ganda ng bansa ito..
Ma'am Kara, maaari Po bang mag suggest Ng documentary tungkol sa nakalimutang "Salinas Salt Spring" matatagpuan Po sya sa Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya. Maraming salamat po. God bless.

Hawera is not a nice place. NP is slightly better. Id probably avoid Taranaki region in general people are so horrible and racist.
