"Promises" - Basia with Peter White - Club Nokia 2010

Another video from Basia's recent U.S. tour where I (Peter White) took the opportunity to join her, my brother Danny and the rest of her band for a few songs. Here is "Promises" taken at Club Nokia in Los Angeles -- June 2010. Along with Basia and me are Danny White (kbds), Veronique Clarisse and Annick Clarisse-Willequet (backing vocals), Paul Booth (sax/perc), Marc Parnell (drums). Again, special thanks to Giorgio Serci (gtr/bass) who took a break from his guitar duties to let me play!

Every body knows Basia, but not many, in the U.S., knows she started out with the 80's band called Matt Bianco. I had a conversation with Peter White after his concert and I mentioned Matt Bianco then he told me that his brother was a member of Matt Bianco and he was also involved in the band as well. What a small world. Connecting the dot from the song Just Another Day and that Peter is English then my light bulb lit up :)
