Water. earth, fire, air.
Long ago the four nations lived apart but in peace. Then everything changed when Fireland was attacked. Only Element City, home of all four elements could save them. But when they needed it most it discriminated them. Some 20 years passed and Ember discovered a new hope, a water elemental named Wade. And although his empathy skills are great, he has a lot to learn before he can save anyone.

I think this is actually a promising looking film. The marketing is accordingly not the best, especially as Charlie's recent video shows-
But the movie itself doesn't look bad at all. Like heck, I'm nowhere near the absolute skill level these writers and animators are. It's incredible, and I pour all my heart out to absolutely everyone who has worked so incredibly hard.
But to save their world of animation and storytelling, Pixar should probably try and take a new route in style and animation and pushing for a different story dynamic. A lot of more recent Disney Pixar productions (not all, but quite a lot) hold very generic, and repetitive plots, and focus too much on being "appealing" or "trendy" for a modern audience.
tl/dr: Pixar, you should try something different. Go crazy, and don't let modern trends, or whatnot limit what creative minds could add for you. Don't be bland and generic. Hire top of the league writers, throw in new animation styles, just go crazy.
I love the works, but I believe that such a huge and influential animaton company has so much more potential. I love Disney, and Pixar, and I would love to see the company sail into bigger seas as well.
