This is not the first time that his bike had mechanical issues. Did they not want him to win so they did something to his bike? It is just my opinion only.

I dont think you race bike out of country before. When bike on a plane it's not stable or any shipping. Anything came happen why when you race out of country you should have 2 or 3 bikes on hand. It may cost a lot but if you love to race money doesn't matter.
Matters like this always happen. Racing for 6 years now to Canada and to Australia.
