Watched this tutorial, and it blew me away. God, he explains how to jailbreak with ease. Couldn't get a better tutorial than this. If you want to jailbreak, this is it. So I modded mine awhile ago and while following a video to get the sd2vita it wiped everything but following your video actually brought everything back so I didn’t lose anything thank you so much
To anyone getting the 0x80010005 error message when copying over the files which I was getting.
Use the FULL install of YAMT instead of the LITE version and make sure to keep the screen on.
Yep! That means no idling to dim screen or even screen off. It has to stay on which I managed to do by holding my vita with my thumb on the screen at all times so it senses touch whilst watching a movie and YT since copying over 64gb takes over 5 hours.

Jail break my vita using h-encore a few years ago, now im jailbreaking ps vita again using a different method but still using your Guide. Thank you so much my friend, you might not know but you truly help other people who have little information about this alot!
This is the most helpful video i watched this week,and i watched many of them,tried many of them.
Not even one single mother explained how to copy the files from Umo to Ux0 or whatever AND how to make sdvita the default storage.
When you watch so many hours,you tend to forget even the most fundamental stuff.
Also,i guess the constant restarts also helped the procedure,instead of making one restart every 10 steps,which leads to risking some software malfunction.

I was having a super hard time, Vita modding changes so fast it's bad to take advice from even a year ago. I wiped my half modded vita completely and watched this from beginning to end and it worked without a hitch! Thanks pal! (I have a 1000 so it was especially hard)

I don't know what it is but when I look for psvita modding all of them didn't work. My psvita came in cracked and I have to replace the screen I actually thought I screwed up while repairing it. I stumbled across this video and my god it did something other videos couldn't. Actually mod my psvita correctly this a beautiful video. Thanks for the guide. I just hacked my Vita that i purchased back in 2011 for Gravity Rush. The irony i find with the Vita is that Sony said it means Life yet they stop supporting it. This hack actually gives it the "Live" is deserves. I hacked many psp back in the day and i must say this is quite simple and hassle free compared to that.

Man i just got a vita 2 000 in the mail today and just my luck 5 minutes into running MGS2 wham! my sd card shits out. God thing i was a little prepared and bought an adapter and an sd card. Was a little nail biting reinstalling fiemware, but your video helped out a shit ton dude!

Bought a Ps Vita 1000, like brand new for 80$, came with charger and box, all it didnt have was a memory card, it also came updated to 3.74, this video was made perfect for me since all i had was the sd2v and 64 GB card, ill update and see if i face any problems and how long it took me.
Everything went well and was able to Get all fun games

Thanks Robles : While it is simpler to do it this way than any other - it does involve a lot of steps. I think I counted 8 reboots with steps in-between every one. If it wasn't for this excellent tutorial I don't think I'd have got this right at all
