@ i find it okay when there’s no-one in front of me, but as soon as I’m following someone and unable to see the turn in mark I’m stuffed. Must learn multiple marks I guess.
@@pitbitsdave I know what you mean. Blind corners like that are always challenging. But in the end it is always a matter of practice. I was pretty consistent in the Porsche Cup when I last raced here.
Yeah, really disappointing to see a rejoin like that. People should just accept that their race is ruīned anyway and have consideration with others on the track by showing a bit of patience when rejoining.
That kind of rejoin is to be expected in the rookie class racing where people are still learning but it's pretty disappointing to see it happening in races like this. Very lucky you didn't get taken out by this one!! 😆
I know we all really want to get back on track as soon as we can after a crash, but so many times it ruins other people's races.....I was lucky this time
Some close calls in this one. 👀 😅 Have you set your fov up properly? You seem a little far back, and you seem to adjust entering corners a bit, which can be fov, not you.
Tricky course Road Atlanta as there's many blind corners. Great flowing track mind.
It's that first section I just cannot nail........

Inspiring race indeed, David. This car and track seem to be a good combination.
Yes it was, but whatever car I drive round there I just cant get that first section right, I just can't spot the turn in or braking point consistently

9:47 good job not hitting him. But thats a terrible rejoin really worthy of a report, he nearly ended 3 other driver's races.

Have you set your fov up properly? You seem a little far back, and you seem to adjust entering corners a bit, which can be fov, not you.
I've set it so my head turns to look into the corner in the settings to give it a bit more dynamism, i'm happy with the FOV though
