Warhammer Fantasy 8th edition Escalation Campaign: Vampire Counts vs Lizardmen Scenario 5 (800 p)

The evil and naughty Necromancer Norbert von Kleinschmitt is in search of a mighty relict once lost centuries ago by an expedition into Lustria. Having awoken a few undead creatures Norbert is about to invade the jungles of Lusria once more. But the walking undead were already spotted by watchful chameleonic eyes. In response the mighty Saurus champion Azet´alox, blessed by the Old Ones, scrambles to repel the shambling undead horde.
Rule of the Escalation Campaign:
1. The campaign starts at 400 p each side.
2. Another 100 p is added for each round.
3. The final scenario will be 1000 p.
4. For each round one can swap 25% of points for other regiments/characters.
5. The victor of each round receives 20 p on top which he can spend on magic items. The loser gets 10 p.

A little hint for the Vampires: Because their Units aren't the best at fighting combat their Charakters have to make the points for the combat result. And their Charakter are very good at fighting so maybe two Vampires at Level 2 are a good choice. You have 4 Magicspells which will help you a lot and two good Charakters in fighting combat. But in conclusion they have to fight so bringing them with der unit in combat is key. I haven't calculated it if it fits in your points list, but a single Vampire Lord with Level 4 will do the job too

Dear Trackrunner, thanks for watching. You're absolutely right, my army is too weak to hurt the enemy. I've already written the 900p list, removing the Wolves and adding some Vargheists. In the battle after that one the Wight King will be removed in favour of a strong Vampire and the Necromancer will be upgraded to level 4. I thought about including a Varghulf first, but this one would be too vulnerable considering poisonous shooting attacks. Hope we can roll some dice this summer if you want to visit us. 😊 PS: Maybe you can teach us the rules für ToW one day 😊
