I did not create any assets used in this project, as I lack expertise in modeling, sprite creation, or texture design. My involvement is limited to coding in Lua as part of a learning exercise to enhance my programming skills.

Yeah that would be a problem in the future... Nintendo and their suing tactic to get more money for their games and products. I know one day I will have to private or take down the recreation project. But, I will save the project in a "rbxl" file and keep it safe.
