This is a breakdown of almost all of the characters in the Thunder Lotus game Spiritfarer. I'm aware that I completely forgot about Mickey and Bruce... whoops!
This one took a lot out of me, and I'm extremely grateful for the friends and family that assisted me with their voices and support throughout the making of it.
@TimeKill You're awesome and thank you for all of the work you put in to make this thing come to life.

this game made me cry so many times and it still does. i'm on my second play through and watching some friends play it as well. i wish i could experience it for the first time again. there will never be another game like it
I think I've never felt so a game like spiritfaerer, its amazing and truly touching, one of my favs certainly.
Im sorry for your loss..
By no means am I a tough person, but I'd never cried over a mushroom before this game. Definitely one of my favorites as well.
Thank you for watching and for your comment 🥹
What a great job😊
Thank you 🥹
soon after my mom's dad died of a heart attack at the age of 60, he showed up in a dream of hers. black foggy background surrounding a black iron park bench with a black iron park lamp next to it. he was sitting on it, almost like he was waiting for her to show up. she walked up to him and sat down next to him, she started crying in her dream and she just kept asking him, "why did you have to go?", but he never gave a response. she was asking him while crying, and he sat there and held her in a tight yet comforting hug; but never said anything. and then she woke up from her dream and started crying; because he never told her why he had to go, especially without giving her the chance to say goodbye. it's been 5 years now and she's doing a lot better, and whenever the song "american pie" comes on the radio we all loudly and obnoxiously sing along since it was his favorite song and we know that he's singing along too
That's touching, thank you for sharing 🥺
The dream kind of reminds me of Ed Tom's dream in the last scene of No Country for Old Men.
@FlightsoFantasy it always interested me just how surreal her dream was ever since she told me. another tradition we do is whenever we hear a train horn in the distance me and my brother say, "hi grandpa!", and my mom always quietly says with a smile, "hey dad" since he had a huge train collection in his garage. my dad has even started collecting (i really want him to get a covered bridge to add to his collection so i can make him a little ghost girl figure based on a local tale here in indiana)
Thank you for sharing your story with us, and your journey through Spiritfarer. It's such a marvelous and evocative game. My sympathy to you for the loss of your father.
Spiritfarer made me feel so much, even before any parental death! Ugh, it's so good 😭
Thank you for watching, and thank you for your comment. ❤️
Dope game. Sorry for your loss.
Thank you 🥹
Watching this and just rememerances of this game made me cry so much
In a very good way
Good cleansing cries. So you can relax, milk a cow and collect some peaches, and then cry again.
Geez you got everyone crying in the club TT_TT Incredible video, this seems like such a conceptually and visually beautiful game it's very cool to get such an in depth look at it through your playing experience. Stanley in particular hit hard. Fantastic work all around!
I love it when emotions are raw like this.
Thank you!
literally crying rn 😭😭
What is this..? This isn't George Wood or Flights of Fantasy? Not cool.
Welcome to Flights of Fantasy! A show where I cover Science Fiction and Fantasy movies (and in this one, a video game) and ask "what do they mean?"
I needed a trigger warning for the end but it was so beautiful Kai 🥹😭 thank you 🙏
Love the deep dive into the character and have such depth to a game I love ❤️
