if you're full of anything that is inside the skin pouch it wont let you open them and it just says full, dump some stuff off on your shelves and you should be able to open them, also you can just store the pouches on the shelves
You can use the rope gun by setting up 2 platforms(1 on your base and another of your choosing). Since you need logs, set one near a forest, and use that to travel or transport logs, don't forget to set-up racks for the logs to land on. And you can set up multiple platforms across the island of your choosing as means of quick transportation. Maximize the distance of the rope line... remember it will be twice the distance since you're in the middle when you make a rope line. Hope this helps.
For your gable ends of your house your vertical log needs to be 1/4 logs stacked on top of each other so your horizontal logs can snap to it at every point. Then layer them down from full to 1/4. Hard to explain. Lol
Give that poor girl the camo uniform. Winter sucks for her. Also, if she ever motions you forward, follow her. She'll take you to loot. Her AI is pretty damned good.

You can hotkey to 1-0 now. I wouldn't put things in storage that you don't have a carry limit on. When you have a full inventory of anything that is in a skin pouch it won't let you open it.
GameEdged, you can go grab another pistol as well from the raft so you have one as well as Virginia. EDIT - And as others have said; if you want them to stick around the camp make sure to put in seating about the place; then they don't need to head off elsewhere to rest. EDIT 2 - If you'd stop trying to use the slowest melee weapon you have on the floppy things you'd get hit less often as well.
Make a one log window. The cannibals and mutants won't be able to get in through then. Slinky is back. Run, Kelvin. Run! Don't forget to open the flesh pouches and pick up the one on the ground.

If you remember watching the "cafeteria" video, the one that was Virginia mother split in half and became one of those "worms". Also why aren't you using the traps? The Fly swatter trap and the bone maker trap? Very Very useful traps.

Wonder if you can make a sort of staircase with the spiked walls, starting with 1/4 logs, then 1/2 logs behind that etc. So the mutants run up it, and kill themselves on the way in. Might work if you finish it off with a wall twice as high as the previous spike, so they can't run over it, right into your base if they survive. Great job as always!

and the log zipline make a zipline and go to an area chop a tree then put the logs on the line and they will go down to your camp and fall off if u place the line just right and go into your log bins

Honestly, I don't know what it is about that spot with Virginia down there by the river or inlet or whatever. It's literally the only place I've had any trouble with her. She just likes that spot for whatever reason. Anyway, Shotgun works great on the Flipper. Try getting a food source for Kelvin and Virginia at your base, build a planter and plant some edible berries etc see if that helps her wandering thing.

I've seen a Vid where this guy built a floating house on a lake which the mutants couldn't get too for the majority of the time because the mutants can't seem... and once built the water also no longer freezes.
G.E I think in last episode I am thinking Virginia was killed near the house I think her head was gone. I think I recognised the flower outfit she was wearing. That might be why she has a bathing suit on again.

Also, I know where the shotgun is, let me know if you want to know its location or you want to explore and find out for yourself. And you can probably use the log holders as a fence as well I think.

catdog lol i guess u mean slincky or larva thats the hardest enemy in the game and he destroys youre base like last episode when he got stuck upstairs xD yeah he is easy as fast u get the stun gun he is one of the weakest enemies with a stun gun to its face and a couple of fast axe chops while he stunned he dies easy but i like to keep him alive he destroys other cannjibals around and muddys
Throw the shit on the shelves that doesn't really matter. Wire, duct tape, etc, they stack indefinitely. Throw the finite stuff on there. Meds, tarps, canned goods, MRE's, etc. Fuck wire and tape.

You really dont need to put items such as Tape and Feathers on your storage shelf because you can basically carry unlimited amounts.

Try to shorten the log when you are on the roof, while the log is connected.
I think you can burn the big guys by hitting them with a torch so you can collect their bones.
