Oh my goodness! I recognized this fold-up immediately! This is how we used to fold up the notes we wrote to friends during middle school(1970s)! I stopped the video, grabbed paper and folded one from memory! All the gossip, life events and romance were passed back and forth in these little folded packets🥰There was a second method we used that I'll try later, but for now, gotta see what you do with this! Thank you sooo much for sparking some amazing memories!

That's the first thing I thought of, too---passing notes. But instead of writing and passing, I was teaching middle school. When I intercepted one, I always admired their creativity.

Hi Tina I love these. I've been watching 5 of your older videos this afternoon it gives me the get up to do things for journals I'm making for family. I just love to hear the accent me being English from the Midlands now in Australia for 53 yrs . I was 11 when I came. My kids say I've not lost my accent but they also have one they all have a Birmingham twang my hubby is Australian to and he has picked it up . But I miss hearing English accents . But you help me to do things I've never done before. Thankyou. God bless Karen and family in Australia. I do hope you are ok with your divorce and you are keeping well . Family to .🌻💖🥰🐨🇭🇲

Great fold up trick, perhaps it would be easier with slightly thinner paper. Thank you Tina for another great idea.

These fold-up pocket’s are so cute 🥰 started making one & wasn’t small as yours, the US A4 paper measurements seems to be off or maybe it’s me but, I’ll keep making these for my stash. Love you used the paper dolls which I many of them so like you said, this is a great way use them. Thanks for sharing 🥳💕

I was able to follow along and then I got lost on the last part. I was able to do the last part and I made 3. That is really neat that they can be hung over a pocket. They are really easy to remember how to make these. ❤❤❤

This looks intriguing! I've done a little origami but not this one. Lol that was fun but mine is all crumpled🙈 I need some practice before graduating onto patterned paper🙊. I think my copy paper is too sturdy and my origami paper is tiny lol. Lol mine are still crumply 😄 yours look fine! This feels like a mass make😁. The paper doll looks so cute on there and it's a sturdy pull tab! I think it's the fiddliest thing you've made. Great idea hooking over a pocket 😍. I love them but need to practice to stop them looking like they got sat on 😂. Tfs and have a great day 💖💖💖

You don't need to fold one triangle more than the other. Once you make the final tuck, both triangles stay in place.
