As a gardener by trade I shudder to think of gardening these. The weeding, hedging, deadheading, trimming, mulching etc. Watering would be automated but these guys would need somebody to come in every week.
Lucky it's the sims and we can just appreciate this build
It’s a rich persons home so hopefully they can afford multiple gardeners 😂

Love this house. It’s a hampton style. It’s a style popular around the Long Island Sound and my home state Rhode Island. This definitely could be a house near the beach or on a bluff.

This reminds me a lot of the tv show called Revenge. It's supposed to be played in the Hamptons, NY and this house has the same vibes as Grayson manor!
I love this build! And I much prefer your longer videos! I love the explanation of everything, why something you tried did or didn’t work, the reasoning behind y you did what you did, etc. because sometimes, its hard to figure things out! And hard to google why something isn’t working. Your story lines are also great too! You’re so creative!

I am horrible at building! I have always downloaded houses to play with and decorate how I like. Usually the houses I download lack charm and are too over the top. This house though is absolutely perfect! It's beautiful! It is my favorite house to play in since I downloaded it! I will forever use this house! Thank you for your time and talent!
I just started the sims a few months ago and I have absolutely no clue how to build, so I’ve been watching this tutorial (on 0.5 speed) to see how you did everything and I’ve learned a lot, so ty!! the only thing i’m not sure how to mimic is the garage doors, but i may just leave them on the foundation and pretend 😅
i’ve realized by trying to get rid of some walls inside (in front of windows) it deletes the corner wall tower thing and i don’t know why

It's an amazing build! This house reminds me of cape cod houses, they're massive and fancy and many have a similar roof style to the build

You said you had tea and biscuit, now im curious... because when I have that, I tend to most often dip my biscuit in the tea, is that a common thing, or is it just very weird?
Oh by my laws, if there is a biscuit around and any sort of hot drink it’s getting dipped in no matter what!
Which space has it for example:50x40?
It’s on a 40 x 40! I always leave the lot size in the description too for each of my builds 🫶🏼

I literally cannot re-create that roof and it’s driving me insane
I use a handy lil trick with roofs which is shift + C! That way you get more ways to manipulate them! 🫶🏼
