😂basements my friend. Basements help so much. I try to keep neighborhoods cohesive, so all in one neighborhood will have basements but each different. They're great for club hangouts and spare bedrooms. Just an idea!

This house is so pretty i love autumnal builds :) i love the ivy in front so much genuinely please if you can do autumnal witchy cottages or maybe like a french Alsace or german countryside cottage could be a cool idea

I absolutely LOVE this house!! As a heads up though, Sims _can_ play video games while sitting on the bed! I've playtested it before & my Sims have sat cross legged/kneeling on the bed & played video games! They won't lie down reclining & play, but they'll sit!
i wish EA would add those blue blow up pools so that sims could take it down and put it away for the colder seasons and then put it up for the summer 😂
I absolutely agree that we need dining benches added to the game. I grew up in a household of 9, so my step-dad built benches for the long sides of the table. This interior feels super realistic. I love the loveseat from BookNook and how it looks built in - one of my favorite items in game. I'm really curious to see you build on more 20x15 lots to challenge yourself with smaller builds. You have no idea how many of your builds I have in my game. You should definitely do more community lots
