    I think instead of M2/OP. OP/OP with UF/UFR is better for beginners. Then after 10-20 solves they can transition to turbo/Orozco

    How do you go over improving memo? My memo speed is currently stuck at 1:00 to 1:30, and I don't feel it's getting any better, even though it shouldn't be that hard to get faster memo so I must be doing something wrong. I currently use image / sentence for corners and audio for edges. Should I just do more solves to get more confident with my letter pairs or is there something else that can be done?

    • @JackCaiCubing
      @JackCaiCubing  6 років тому +5

      try to improve your execution time (which means you won't have to hold onto your memo for as long) and reduce the amount of reviews you do in memo

      if you like turbo more then I'd say keep using it cos it's similar to M2 in speed and you won't need to change buffers if you choose to learn 3-style in the future

      to be honest with you I'm not sure but if you look up a bunch of other people with around a 1 min average and check their splits, it should give you a good general idea, I would think it'd be like 30/30 tho

  • @lemon86121

    In your opinion, Is there any difference between exec corner first or exec edge first.
    And Why did you choose to exec edge first instead of corner first?

    • @JackCaiCubing
      @JackCaiCubing  6 років тому +1

      I think executing edges first is better as you get to use audio for 6 pairs on avg instead of 4 (making memo a bit faster) and the parity algs seem better too. Having said that, there are still some fast people that do corners first exec like tomoya/grigorii

    • @JackCaiCubing
      @JackCaiCubing  4 роки тому

      Hi, it would depend on what order you memorise and execute but it would likely involve doing some kind of edge swap in memo (for me it's UF/UR)
