Ahhhhh that 2012/13 vibe.. I love It. Great work
I love Australian accent!!!
Woaj woaj
Same
smh this video belongs on a 2012 Cubing World video nobody makes diagrams on paper anymore
This video is for people of all ages. So yes; some, if not many, need to make diagrams. ;)
I'd like to listen to your thoughts on orozco in your next videos. Few people know it and I wonder if it's worthwhile. Great video :)
Bambaryła D definitely worth it from my personal experience
The paper diagrams give me Tyler DeWitt vibes 🤗
I think instead of M2/OP. OP/OP with UF/UFR is better for beginners. Then after 10-20 solves they can transition to turbo/Orozco
There is a bigger wall of seriousness before you try and do 5-style for edges.
Full set hasn't been released yet
how many channels do you have lol? (no offence)
@@shkcubing2482 5 channels, all serving different content yo, u' S U R' U S' U' R E'.
How do you go over improving memo? My memo speed is currently stuck at 1:00 to 1:30, and I don't feel it's getting any better, even though it shouldn't be that hard to get faster memo so I must be doing something wrong. I currently use image / sentence for corners and audio for edges. Should I just do more solves to get more confident with my letter pairs or is there something else that can be done?
try to improve your execution time (which means you won't have to hold onto your memo for as long) and reduce the amount of reviews you do in memo
3:49 Reusing old sheet music, I like it.
Nice video!
How much do you think someone can average using TuRBo edges/OP for corners?
thanks! I think similar to m2/op so around 1 min
Hey Jack, which cube would you suggest for 3BLD , so I'm mainly looking for a cube with good slices and being like 56 preferred, my budget is bit tight like sub15 USD
Will you be doing a Orozco tutorial? Would really love to see you doing it.
I might make one since heaps of people have been asking for one
@@JackCaiCubing 👍🏻
Hi, I am new to blind solving and sub 9 minutes with M2/OP, should I go straight to 3 style for corners or use orozco? My execution is around 3 minutes but memorization takes a while
Practice memo and execution and don't worry about 3-style until you're under 2 minutes.
Will you do an edges tutorial for 3 style?
Where can I find good 3 style algs?
I have a list of mine in the description although daniel's and ishaan's are good too. I'm considering making another list specifically aimed at people learning 3 style algs for the first time tho
Daniel's algs: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1yHyLJDvVbuEsoHONefUq7jAAFta9qM9wydwfSrJOZWQ
Ishaan's algs: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1_jbYWfHAPnuICeSD2HtkJSHHbYHspilRsb097Fo08WA
Jack Cai thx!
What do you think of TuRBo edges? Do you think it is better to learn M2 even tho I like TuRBo more?
if you like turbo more then I'd say keep using it cos it's similar to M2 in speed and you won't need to change buffers if you choose to learn 3-style in the future
You forgot about eka method
Bro, what are efficient memorization technique u use...
how do you do parity using m2 and 3 style?
you can still do it using the standard parity alg but you can also learn to swap UB/UL
hat splits would a 1 min m2/op user have? my pb is 1:29 (40s memo /50s execution)
to be honest with you I'm not sure but if you look up a bunch of other people with around a 1 min average and check their splits, it should give you a good general idea, I would think it'd be like 30/30 tho
In your opinion, Is there any difference between exec corner first or exec edge first.
And Why did you choose to exec edge first instead of corner first?
I think executing edges first is better as you get to use audio for 6 pairs on avg instead of 4 (making memo a bit faster) and the parity algs seem better too. Having said that, there are still some fast people that do corners first exec like tomoya/grigorii
And Gianfranco
I just decided to change to m2/ 3 style, and I don't understand what to do if there is parity. Pls help. By the way I have already finished making all my commutators.
Hi, it would depend on what order you memorise and execute but it would likely involve doing some kind of edge swap in memo (for me it's UF/UR)
Learned OP. Learn how to memorize the lettering scheme. Never able to solve with OP. Jumped straight to 3style. Few failed attempts later and I finally was able to solve my first blind. Done 4 more solves since then.
i think I'm trying to learn to quickly, I learnt M2 for edges and Orozco for corners and haven't even done a single full blindfolded solve
@@sleepylikescats just keep practicing. You'll eventually get it to work. Though, I would recommend sticking to one style eventually and focus on that.
@@CrossfeetGaming I'll stick to what I know currently, thanks for the tip!
How do you learn 3style algs and how do you switch easily from an UBL buffer to an UFR buffer?
working on a 3 style tute (should be out by next week) that'll teach how to learn algs, learn UFR parity algs as a placeholder to use in solves while you learn UFR algs
@@JackCaiCubing thank you so much Jack hehe im currently sub 4. PB's 1:43.xx hehe any tips? 😅
@@beaflores5008 uhh I guess just review less when memorising and avoid pauses when executing (with M2/OP you can definitely reach around 1 min)
@@JackCaiCubing i use M2/OP hehe thank you so much for the response hehe
So is your average memorization and then solving or is it just solving?
it's both
Where can I get a good blindfold
I got the custom blindfold that I normally use from artscow.com but any blindfold that's comfortable and not too loose will will fine
Just close your eyes
This video is just right for me

Can you make an eka method algs lists
Hi, I currently don't recommend eka but I think there are videos out there with their own alg lists
Ok I'll use M2 Orozco then full Orozco a then 3style
can I get fast with my own algs (no rotations but there is some B moves)
for 3bld, no (if you define fast as being like sub 25 and beyond)
Where are the "good algs" found? I’ve looked and can’t find anything that avoids rotations or avoids B turns.
I have a list of algs myself in the description of the video, here are a few other ones worth looking into too though:

Do you have some tips to memorize fast cuz it took me 5 minutes to memorize all the letters
watch example solves of fast people memorise or example solves from my 'How to Solve the Rubik's Cube Blindfolded' tutorial
@@JackCaiCubing Got it, tks. Hope you will make more example solves videos
3:53 Spectrum? Bruh moment
Guys m2 or turbo
1:40 ...
I average 3 minutes
I use 3 style
Yo
I learned op/op then orozco/orozco ;-;
Ima just pearn 3 style now

Noah Arthurs rip off!
I didn't even realise the similarity till I checked the vid again hahah
You mean Noah Arthurs v2. This is Jack we’re talking about after all.
FIRST
Hi,How is parity executed if I use m2 for edges and 3style in corners with ufr buffer?
Hi Christian, if you're doing the common order of memo corners then edges and executing edges then corners, then swap UF/UR when memoing edges after you've memorised corners and noticed you've gotten an odd no. of targets
@@JackCaiCubing thank you
